Ordered important stationary over a month ago..just found out it will be nearly another month before becoming available.
A refund also seems to take several days.
Total incompetence and lack of respect for customers.

Brilliant all around service
I have been using Jenkinsons for a while now but this year we have used them spending a substantial sum of money with the organisation for various needs. I had 3 purpose build sound pods and 1 modular office booth built. I was offered multiple site inspections, CAD drawings and multiple edits until I was satisfied with the end design. The fitters completed the job in 3 days and it was a brilliant service all around, could not ask for more. The customer service I received from Jacqui and Wendy was second to none and i would 100% recommend them and Jenkinsons again.
Very pleased with the service
I was thoroughly impressed with Jenkinsons' service throughout the entire process. Obtaining a quote at the start was simple, and they responded promptly to emails, including when customer services efficiently rearranged the delivery due to some minor issues. On delivery day, the two gentlemen were excellent—they called ahead, met outside to be directed to the office where they assembled the equipment, removed all packaging and took it away with them, and were pleasant to talk to. I am very satisfied with everyone involved.
Poor show
Poor show. Not able to returns boots due to wrong size. Nothing stated in the invoice that this is a non returnable item. The item was only tried on. Even under the 7 day cooling off period they should be obliged to accept returns. Item is in original condition and packaging. Their company policy sucks. Shop elsewhere

Laura Thoms - Credit to Jenkinsons
As a company we order twice a month regularly from Jenkinson's. The items are always high quality and if there is any issues the customer service team are quick to resolve the issues. I primarily deal with Laura Thoms and she always is helpful and pleasant to talk too. She always goes above and beyond to help me with my orders, delivery dates and queries. Laura is a credit to Jenkinson's and makes the experience a real delight.

Wonderful customer service by Laura, who helped us out massively with a last minute order for an event that we were hosting. We have now swapped from our regular stationery suppliers to Jenkinson's -- such friendly, helpful staff.

Absurd no returns policy
Buying stuff from them is a massive gamble. They do not accept returns on shoes and the shoes I bought from them didn't fit. They still have the tags and can be sold to some
one else. I literally only tried them on. Jenkinsons however do not accept returns and the only information on this is a tiny symbol. I definitely wouldn't buy from them again.

Excellent customer service
Due to a fault at our end an order hadn’t gone through. Laura at Jenkinsons sorted it for me and arranged early delivery of the items so I can have a desk for the start of term! Excellent service.
