Products are well packaged and delivery is very quick. Excellent communication also, we are notified if anything is out of stock and an estimated arrival date also.
The team are professional and super helpful. They have a thorough knowledge about all products stocked.

We use jenkinsons for stationary and office for furniture and just of late uniform for the whole company great prices fast turnaround the rep I have been dealing with is Tracy she has been great cant fault her always available for help and quick response highly recommended

I needed to kit out my engineers with new branded uniform, spoke with Tracy Jones on a few occasions to discuss our requirements, Tracy was more than happy to assist, Tracy provided us with samples to ensure engineers were happy with design etc ordering and delivery was really quick and easy, quality of uniform is excellent as is customer services, would defiantly recommend Jenkinson’s for workwear and also Tracy for going above and beyond and helping create our new uniform look.

There was a problem with a 15 drawer cabinet we'd received. I emailed photos and had an instant response of 'A new one will be sent to you shortly'. The new one recently arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome!!

Kenny is fantastic, he always responds quickly and provides an excellent service from start to finish. Kenny attends site, creates CAD drawings, is really knowledgeable, he is patient when you are dithering about colour choices, he keeps you updated on the delivery and ensures you are happy with the end result, which I always am! The delivery team also provide an excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great company, friendly, fast and reliable

Kenny was fabulous from beginning to end. He was patient when decisions took their time within our organisation and I never felt any time pressures to return these decisions. Kenny attended one of our staff meetings to discuss options of furniture for the staff rooms. I was really please with the CAD drawings him and his team drew up for us. These really helped create a visual idea on the rooms and were vital for the staffs decision making. I look forward to working with Kenny again.

Mike Whittaker is a great account manager always on hand to help with any issues.

Our Account Manager Mike Whittaker is always helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond what is expected of him to ensure the customer is happy

We have dealt with Jenkinson's over a number of years for all our stationery needs and have always found them to be reliable. They offer good quality products, good choice at competitive prices. When I have the occasion to contact Staff they are always professional, polite, helpful and friendly and our Account Manager - Mike is always easily contactable and swift in his responses to any queries/questions we may have.
