I paid my subscription and it has been 5 days since I can't access this AI platform. Even if I open it in different browsers, it shows it is not a secure source. I want to cancel this service because it will be automatically charged by the end of this month and I don't know how to contact customer service and erase all traces of my information. As of Dec. 25 I have canceled my payment, issue has been resolved.

- The service doesn't work. When you ask the AI chat something, it gets stuck and gives you a "busy server" or something like that message so you have to try multiple times to get a (terrible) answer
- The worst part is the "customer service". Emailed two different addresses: from one, never got a reply; from another, the person pretended she never got my first email and then never replied again
- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.. THERE ARE OTHER AIs OUT THERE
- I requested a refund within 48 hours but never got it

Ive been subsricbing jenni.ai for 3 months previously, I like the way it helps in my writing provided with citations. However, there is always room for improvement such as additional tool to refine the sentences and paraphrasing in with one button.

Room for improvement—waiting time to get the sentences to pop-up quite long. Not too long, but somehow need to wait for it
