It has all the necessary tools you need, an initial prompt, a chatbot and panel for writing in which the AI directly suggests things either from a Library you can build with your own pdf studies or directly from the internet, and at the same time it cites and adds the reference to the list! Top notch!

I wanted to communicate with a human customer service representative and the AI bot told me that I will get an email from a human. In a span of a couple of hours, Kate responded to my request for assistance and after a few back-and-forth, Kate was able to solve my issue. Kate was objective, informative, kind, and helpful. Thanks for being so responsive.

I downloaded to use for my degree, It is a remarkable tool, generating citations and finding peer reviewed resources. the ai chat was quick and responsive too. I think I'd find the writing assistant too tempting with all the pressures of being an adult learner. I emailed jenni ai and they very quickly issued a refund and completely understood. Amazing tool though, much more accurate at finding peer reviewed sources than some other search engine ai tools.

I’m very disappointed with the support experience from Jenni.ai. I was charged an unexpected auto-renewal fee in January, despite not receiving any prior notification or alert before payment date or in the first time when I inserted my payment data. I immediately reached out to their support team via email twice, kindly requesting a refund.
Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a company to ignore customer support emails, especially when it concerns billing issues.
I’m sharing this to warn others to be careful with auto-renewals and to not expect timely support if anything goes wrong. Transparent communication and responsive customer service are crucial, and sadly, this company failed on both fronts

I tried to use this Ai but was not satisfied with it so I eventually forgot about it but then after 1 year, it suddenly deducted again for 1year renewal fee. I was not even given a single message or reminder that it is due for renewal. I did not want to renew at all. So I canceled the subscription readily but have no way for refund!!! I tried the costumer service email but never got any reply!!!! You are worst than scammer!!!!!

I subscribed to the affiliate marketing service and when I received the $100 they requested to pay me, nothing arrived in my bank account and when I contacted them, no one responded to me. This is evidence that the site is a scam. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. They are very bad.

Awful company. It is essentially just a CHATGPT wrapper, meaning you can just use chatgpt premium and get way better results. Jenni ai is comprised of a bunch of grifters that are boasting about their monthly revenue on X by providing a subpar product that loves to generate misinformation.

I have tried several times to contact Jenni.AI to cancel an annual subscription. NO ONE EVER replies. I cannot express how frustrating it is to be ignored and overcharged for a service that is not used. DO NOT sign up with this company without this knowledge. You may get hit with renewal fees you did not authorize.

I got charged 213 DKK for a Jenni.ai subscription I didn’t even know was active. I hadn’t received any emails or confirmation, and when I tried to cancel it, the website just showed an error message saying “Sorry, something went wrong. Please contact us.” That message kept showing for weeks.

I reached out to support and explained the situation – that I’d been trying to cancel for a long time, but the site simply wouldn’t let me. I asked for a refund, since the charge happened after I had already tried to cancel.

As a response the basically just copy-pasted their refund policy and saying they don’t do refunds, completely ignoring the fact that the error was on their end. I didn’t use the service, I didn’t want to keep the subscription, and I tried to cancel it in time.

Really disappointing experience. If something goes wrong, you’re just out of luck. Wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased the subscription but quickly regretted it. The AI is unreliable, and the writing it generates is obviously artificial. The summaries are inaccurate, which led me to request a cancellation and refund.

Customer support is slow and overly bureaucratic. Every email response takes at least a day. After I explained why I wanted to cancel, they insisted I schedule a video call to justify my request. I complied, only for their so-called head of support, Justin Wong, to completely ghost me at the scheduled time—no response, no explanation, nothing. I emailed them about it, and no one ever replied.

Months later, they charged me again for the annual subscription, even though I had canceled long ago. I don’t want to deal with this hassle anymore—I just want my money back!
