Their rigid, unfriendly policy shows they care more about money than customer satisfaction. I will never use Jenni AI again. Stay away from this platform!

I did not find the product useful. I tried to cancel my subscription and followed the site's own guidance to do so which said to log in to my account, select billing and cancel subscription. Unfortunately, when logging in THERE WAS NO VISIBLE billing section. Only document editing options/library/etc. Which means there IS no clearly identified place to go to cancel the subscription and they are billing me every month. I have written them to ask for assistance but it is unacceptable not to make the billing/account section easy to find.

Hi, I signed up for a monthly subscription but the system signed me up for an annual subscription without any Warning or any Permission. and it costed me a lot of money and I just knew that when I checked on my bank account.
And the ability for generated the essay was not efficient at all all, ai keep repeated information in the text and the references also were not accurate whether the date of information or Unnecessarily repeated cited in the essay so many time.
I would like to cancel the annual subscription that I didn’t meant to get it at first and get a refund for the difference, and sign up for a monthly subscription instead. I did send an email to support team email but didn’t get any response.
Please reply me as soon as possible.
