The set arrived and looked nice. But when I put on the top, the side wasn't stitched. Looking at the top, I felt the workmanship was poor and was disappointed. The jacket and pants look and fit nicely... See more

What stood out most was how hassle free everything felt. The tracking updates were clear and I never had to chase customer support for information.

The shirt fabric feels better than I expected for the price point. Not overly thin and not heavy either. Just a solid everyday option.

I found Jennifer and John when searching for an occasion dress on Google. Very nice selection of dresses - feminine,
elegant and classic styles at affordable prices. I am looking forward to wearing my special occasion Jennifer and John dress to an upcoming wedding.

Easy to order but haven't recieved the items yet so can't speak to the quality .

Takes 3 weeks to get product another three to return and you only have 30.days to return. Returns and shipments are to Asia. The dress that I received was not cut right, so after about 30 emails I have surrender to the fact that Jennifer and john Charleston has a fancy name and a fantastic web site, but they get 5 stars for deception, I fell for it, my loss, and I gave up and they will refund 15% or 8 dollars back. Let's see if they will do that? Live and learn.

The quality and variety of clothing is exceptional and I like the concept of timeless fashion over current fads. They seem to be very helpful with any concerns and have a good return policy.

Good information about the product. I couldn’t read any of the reviews, which I use to help figure out what size I should order. The product looks cute from the front but I would have liked to have seen what it looks like from the side and back.

I finally found a blue sandal that looks great and wares well. This company has a lot of different styles that would be a fit for everyone's taste. Great deals!

This is the WORST COMPANY, HOW DO I BEGIN. I NOTIFIED THEM THAT I NEEDED TO RETURN 3 ITEMS. THE WEBSITE STATES: FREE RETURNS. NO, ITS A SCAM. THE BUYER RECEIVES THE PACKAGE FROM FL. BUT YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT TO CHINA & THEM PAY A RESTOCKING FEE. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANY MERCH. FROM THEM. BEWARE, PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE, THE CO. WANTS YOU TO GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW. I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. PLEASE TELL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS- DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE SCAMMERS.-BEWARE OF THEM!

The order process was super easy and i can’t wait to get my new shoes.

It’s took longer than expected. It is smaller than expected and the return is not an easy process. I like the style of the shoes but would not order again.

Not an “Easy return” as promised on the website. The problem with the items sent were not just sizing issues, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the items and they did not seem to be the same clothes I saw on the website, similar but the website the fabrics seemed much nicer than the cheap threads that arrived. I wanted to keep my response simple and kept that out of initial answer for more details as to why I was returning. Shoes are not the “orthopedic” sandals I thought I was getting, they are cheaply made plastic soles with no arch support what so ever.
I had no idea I was dealing with a direct warehouse in China situation. Everything on the website indicated this was a US based company, with not only name indicating a US city as the location of the boutique but the address is US and the website specifies shipping US only. So I was very surprised and disappointed to see that the return instructions are direct to China. I feel that the website was designed to showcase a brand, a boutique, a business that does not exist.
When I went to the post office to return my items to the address you provided I was quoted $77 for shipping.
So, this business presents as a US based business that offers high quality beautiful clothing, and sends garments that would not meet the standard and probably cost pennies to produce. When the customer tries to return items, they are faced with not only a 15% restocking fee (laughable because there are no tags) but a shipping price that is more than half of what the purchase was. So I either keep or donate garbage for a $155 purchase or send everything back to cost me $100?
Based on these calculations I am also left with the concern that I will not receive the refund at all, I mean how can I trust anything from this company?
There were other suspicions immediately after I ordered, being prompted for reviews for further discounts before I even received my items- or to leave a positive review for a chance at a 100% refund? I realize this was all a ploy to solicit positive reviews in order to keep up the scam. I am not alone in this dreadful experience. This company promises freebees for positive reviews to squash the negative ones.
Furthermore, after investigation the shipping address provided in Ningbo Chinamy suspicions were confirmed.
This address is a known return center or warehouse linked to numerous online shopping scams and dropshipping storefronts. [1, 2]
What this address is associated with:
Bait-and-Switch Scams: The address appears as a return location for hundreds of fake "boutiques" and online stores often advertised on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. [1, 2, 3]
Deceptive Practices: These stores frequently use glossy, stolen photos to advertise high-quality or boutique items, but ship cheap, low-quality, or completely different products to buyers. [1, 2]
Return Hoops: When victims attempt to return the items, customer support will often provide this address in Ningbo, China. Returning the item usually requires paying high out-of-pocket shipping costs, and many victims report the company claims the package was never received, thus avoiding refunds.[1, 2, 3]
Consumers who have dealt with these storefronts consistently advise against sending items back and recommend disputing the charges directly with a credit card company or PayPal.
So I am now disputing the charges and requesting a US address to return items too.

I responded to your response to my review with the order item numbers on June 26 but haven't heard anything from the email I sent. You asked me to send order numbers to your email address. LOL no response.

This company boasts alot of things on their website but it is all a rip off. Save your money and buy elsewhere. The clothing is nothing like the AI pictures, very cheaply made. The worst part is trying to return something. You have to return to China at your own expense. I did - the product got hung up in the system somehow and I am out $175 total (product plus shipping costs). Like I said, save your money and buy elsewhere.
