Excellent Service
My order was slightly delayed due to a clerical error but with thirty minutes of contacting customer services I received a phone call telling me my item would be with the next day. The sliders have just arrived and I am delighted. Will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you

We're very sorry for the stock issue. This does happen from time to time due to system errors or theft from our store. Unfortunately it doesn't become evident that the stock is missing until the item is purchased.

We can only apologise again for the stock error. This can be due to a number of reasons, from system errors to theft from our store. Unfortunately stock errors often do not become apparent to us until the missing item is purchased. We did however cancel the order immediately and contact you to explain and apologise, and I'm sorry we didn't have anything similar to offer you as an alternative. Like we explained, we do not take your money. When you make an online purchase, you make the payment which is then handled by the bank, card issuer or PayPal etc. Payment for a cancelled order doesn't reach us and would usually be returned to you very quickly.
