My order is missing a jersey. No response from customer service. Jerseys we're supposed to be adult 2XL but they all seem really small.

Bad Sizing
Good quality, communication and relatively quick delivery. The only drawback was the Medium jersey ordered was the same size as the Small jerseys ordered. Edit….Not closer or slightly, the “Medium” jersey with the SAME “Puma” tags is the SAME size as the Small “Puma” jersey that was ordered. The sizing chart is not accurate.

The Bayern/Munich jersey is just right !
I ordered a Bayern/Munich jersey for my grandson and it arrived within two weeks. He lives in another city, but I was told the jersey looks great and he was very happy with the personalization. The only issue was it was a bit too big, but that wasn’t a Jersey Loco problem - we just got the wrong size. Over all, I am truly pleased with the transaction, wait time and quality, as I did have a little trepidation about what we would receive. However, my son-in-law said his brother had ordered from Jersey Loco many times, without incident! I’m quite happy!

Dissatisfied
Returned my 3shirts more than a month ago and yet to hear on the status refund, I know they received the package as they ask to send by registered mail and 5 weeks after no refund or even an email to acknowledge the receipt or a confirmation that your refund is in progress. Followed up with cust. service and all I get is " we will escalate this issue" but no action. Will definitely get my jersey's elsewhere from now on.

I ordered two jerseys but only received…
I ordered two jerseys but only received one. I complained via email and in their portal asking for the other jersey to be mailed. I didn’t get a reply for four days and still waiting. I would be willing to change the rating if they would make an effort to correct the mistake. I will be still waiting for the missing Spain jersey, but if I don’t receive it soon or no reply will be given, I don’t have a choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Too bad because I love the one jersey they sent me and I was going to order 3 more.
