I ordered on 22 July wth a 1 to 3 days delivery not heard anything,tried to call them n line is inactive and emailed twice with no reply on either .these sweets were for my daughters wedding which is coming soon

Visited their Hereford shop

Visited their Hereford shop, and made a purchase, but on my journey home found the contents of both my selection: VERY STALE OLD STOCK - VERY DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE - OVER PRICED!
Would never consider shopping with them again.
Items: Mushrooms & Chocolate covered honeycomb.

Sweets arrived by evri and the box had…

Sweets arrived by evri and the box had been opened and taped back up and tubs of sweets were missing and other tubs opened and smashed boxes so requested a refund customer service was diabolical and after 2 weeks of waiting they wanted the sweets that had been delivered returned and then a few days later I got a partial refund not the full amount and now they don't bother to reply to any emails ,terrible company will never ever use again

No issues with my order

No issues with my order. Ordered 5kg and got them, taste great. Did take about a week to come but I ordered over 2 weeks before the birthday that I needed them for. Overall, a good experience

The sweets are lovely

The sweets are lovely, I got 4 kilos for £19.99 I was worried when I read some of the reviews, but I can honestly say that there isn't a problem. Ordered on Monday and they arrived on Friday with Evri.

Didn't send part of order and didnt…

Didn't send part of order and didnt refund me either, no matter how many times I've messaged I've been replied too once. Wouldn't refund for what they didnt send either. Will never use again as its not the first time they had messed me about

order was wrong, took an age to be delivered and when i went to the facebook page which was where i ordered from i was blocked from using the page. if you want sweets then joes sweetie barn are the best ive found, these lot are cowboys.

Absolutely disgustingly customer service

Absolutely disgusting I placed a big order before Xmas for the whole family, evri delivered it to the wrong address after trying to communicate with jessicas sweets I've been ignored they said they closed till 3rd January and guess what still no response and no goods do not use find your self a new sweet seller this company is rob dog I will keep trying to get my money back as I don't even want the sweets now.AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered from their website NEVER AGAIN

I ordered from their website for a Christmas gift. They sent the wrong thing. When I messaged they wanted the item returning to them before they’d post out the original order. The order was sent back the next day (by their own courier) so they knew it was in their possession. I tried emailing several times and my emails were not responded to. I was trying to establish if I’d receive it before the date I needed it as a gift. In the end I went through PayPal to ask for a refund. They answered immediately to tell me it had been dispatched. They were extremely rude in their tone. Telling me how they only had 3 staff. I asked for proof of postage if they weren’t sending a refund and needless to say this was also not replied to and guess what? Still no post from them! They’re clearly very badly organised and feel like customer service skills don’t apply to them. Avoid!

Don’t trust all you read

I ordered a few small bits from Jessica’s Sweets last week. I couldn’t see a tracking update so I emailed them only for my package to arrive the very next day. Their reply to my email was very polite and friendly and I am extremely happy with the items that I ordered. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews on here and I can only say that some people must be extremely hard to please as my experience has been nothing but positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

3rd order failure. Will not use again!

Well 3rd order I’ve had issues with.
I won’t be using this company again. This time out of date popcorn provides and tube they are packaged in were crushed.
Charged £1.99 each for the tubes but pricing sticker left on them stating a price of £1.59. Waiting to hear back on a resolution. This was to be part of a Christmas hamper present.
I would absolutely not recommend. I’ve found an alternative sweet supplier through TikTok.

Really poor communication, would not buy from this company again.

Outstanding Customer Service

Outstanding customer service, to me, means that you literally cannot think of a single thing that the company providing the service to you could have done any better. Not just could have done, but done *BETTER*.

Thank you Jessica's Sweets! From an entirely unaffiliated and very happy customer, you are all brilliant :)

Not received all items ordered

I ordered from these a couple of weeks ago I only received part of my order so I immediately contacted sending proof of packaging and items in box. She replied stating this was unacceptable and would resend my items, this was on 5th September I've still not received my missing nor have I had any response since from this company I have now sent emails since 5th September asking for them to look into my issue urgently as I paid in fill This is shocking and I will not buy from them again as I honestly thought they'd sort it for me
