Hitler working in the Worcester branch
Visited the Worcester branch with my 10 year old granddaughter. I had given her a pound to spend on pick n mix and told her she could only get a couple of sweets for that. I waited outside and she came out in tears saying that the lady had shouted at her and told her she 'had to pay £3.50' for the 6 sweets she had in her bag. I went back into the shop with her and explained she only had a pound to spend and could she have the pounds worth. I was asked if I had a card as I needed to pay it. I said I only had that money and she could either have a pound worth it we'd have to leave it. The rude woman said she would put them in the bin. My granddaughter was very upset and shaken by her disgusting attitude and was scared she was going to get arrested.
What a nasty spiteful woman, not the type of person who should be working in a children's sweet shop.

Ghosted after ordering.
I ordered a lot of items for a birthday I had coming up. I specifically picked them as they assure you on the site it will be dispatched next day and I paid for the premium shipping. 4 days later they still hadn't dispatched and they were not answering emails on one email (I got this one from the shop app) and the email on their website kept sending failed delivery messages. I had no choice to dispute the charge. I'd like to point out I had no idea this was a tiktok shop until after all this happened. I then found them on tiktok and if you go through their comments they match the reviews here. Their responses are rude and dismissive. To be fair, I'm kind of glad this happened after seeing all the reviews of how they taste.

After Evri lost my package I was a bit concerned after reading these reviews. I contacted Jessica’s and explained the situation and that I needed the order by a certain date. They were so helpful and went out of their way to get the replacement to me the very next day. Thank you Jessica’s. My husband was thrilled with his present!

After Evri didn't deliver my package…
After Evri didn't deliver my package and minimal communication of it's whereabouts I contacted Jessica's Sweets via email letting them know if the situation.
They immediately rectified this issue by resending my order which was tracked and delivered the very next day!
I cannot thank them enough for this service and the kids will have their sweets at the party tomorrow...super happy with Jessica's sweets and highly recommended them..best prices and best customer service. 5* guys WELL DONE !! Keep up the good work 😁

Lie after lie about delivery times, customer service non existing, very rude to my Wife. Sweets turn up 7 days late and are very poor quality. We are doing a credit card charge back as seller ignoring us now. Avoid !

I’ll be filing a section 75 claim back on my credit card because there’s no chance of getting a resolution from this bunch of cowboys ….. stay well clear is my advice
