Flight canceled without notice
My friend booked with Opodo a flight that was supposed to departure yesrday. She discovered at the airport that it was cancelled without anyone informing her in advance. Result ruined holidays, and a nerve wracking 3 hous spent on the phone with an incompetent customer service. She was stuck at the airport asking for help but neither the airline (Jetair Fly) nor Opodo offered assistance. Disgusting! It's crazy what those companies can do to get your money and not to care about you at all when something goes wrong.

Jetair's help is invaluable to a busy regular flyer around Europe. They are able to organise flights, itinerary, accommodation as a package leaving us free to concentrate on the business. 'Quality first' approach. Staff are friendly and accessible.
