I created a new account

I created a new account, but I never purchase Jetbluetickets. Nevertheless, they tried to withdraw $800 from my bank account. Fortunately, I received a message from my bank asking if it was a fraud. I replied yes. I don't know how they got my card information.

Change flight times without letting you select the best alternative and then charge to change their cancellation

They changed both of my flights 3 months before departure, one of the flights landed 2 hours later at 10pm, as a solo female I like to arrive earlier. There was an alternative flight that would land at 8pm - the time I’d originally booked and agreed to pay for, however they wouldn’t change my flight without me charging a fee. My return flight home leaves 1 hour earlier (doesn’t get me to my final destination 1 hour earlier) however I’m back from a cruise that morning and now concerned I might not make the flight.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Authorities need to work on that seriously.
Flight delayed by 11 hours, then canceled. No apologise, no hotel provided, no food.

This is simply illegal.
Flight rescheduled for 28 hours later, delayed by 8 hours again

A JOKE

Jetblue changed their menu for economy…

Jetblue changed their menu for economy to cold meals only. Fine! If so have sandwiches or similar tasty options. They served this tasteless chicken grain bowl. It was cold and not enjoyable. They brag about free WIFI, but neglect giving their customers a good meal. Give me something tasty to eat! Lastly, the flight attendants were not friendly. There were 3 on the flight, one was very polite the other two were very abrasive. Also, they damaged my luggage, I sought assistance from baggage claims staff but they were abrasive and rude. I tried to give Jetblue another try but I was very disappointed. It's a budget airline now. It's not what it used to be.

Extremely disappointed with the check‑in experience at RSW (Southwest Florida International Airport).

My wife was flying to Indonesia on a $1.2k+ round‑trip ticket (JetBlue+Qatar) and got denied check‑in because of how her name appeared, even though she has flown many times domestically and internationally using that format.

The JetBlue staff member, Marvin, was dismissive and unhelpful:

1) He blocked another staffer who offered to assist us using her passport details.

2) He ignored our explanation that her ticket was booked as "Nurmalia Nurmalia" (a common workaround for single‑name travelers) and that U.S. immigration often uses "FNU" ("First Name Unknown"). His colleague later confirmed the FNU practice, but Marvin refused our explanation. He treated us like we had never flown before. My wife has flown many times both domestically in the U.S. and internationally, and has never had an issue with how she books her flight tickets.

3) Despite our calm, polite behavior, he ended the interaction by saying we should just fly with another airline, even though we already had the ticket.

His behavior cost us over $1,200, and felt culturally insensitive and unprofessional. We strongly urge JetBlue to review Marvin's conduct and consider whether he should remain a front‑line representative.

terrible experience on our last flight…

terrible experience on our last flight with you guys from ft lauderdale to Cancun. I flew with my husband and my two babies. a two year old baby which we paid for a ticket for and a 8 months old on the lap. We were 20 min away from Cancun and the pilot was saying we have to go back to Miami due to a decision above his pay grade, because the plane has technical issue that will be harder to fix in Cancun they took us back to Fort Lauderdale (risking the entire plane. with a longer way back on plane with technical issues. landed in ft Lauderdale, nobody spoke or told us what's gonna happen. no drinks. The crew extremely passive and rude couldn't care less. We had to ask for our stroller with the two children in our hands- took 30 minutes. they told us we have to wait another hour. After an hour put us on a different plane-no AC! we sat for at least 1 hr without anyone telling us what was happening! It was 5pm and we were on planes that don't move more than 8 hours, no water no ac, no explanation. and I was running out of milk for baby. kids starving and didnt stop crying. They finally decided to talk to us to tell us this plane has a technical issue again! we have to get off the plane for them to fix it. again we had to come out for the 2nd time! with all the carry ones plus the bags and two babies. catastrophic we were in tears of frustration stuck and can't go home because our luggages was on this plane. After 1 hr put us back on the plane and again 40 min with no ac. not enough this nightmare. inhuman crew that did not offer water, snacks or even apology! working with my attorney and 100% not willing to pay you a dime for this flight of horror! JETBLUE Ruined me a full day on vacation and left me and my kids and my husband with truma for life! we got to cancun at 9pm instead of being there at noon!

Horrible Customer Service, Untrained on People with Disabilities

JetBlue used to be a fantastic airline, and being a frequent flier, I elected to go with them because they used to have fantastic customer service and good deals. After this year, I will never fly with this airline again. I have also warned my friends and family to use other airlines due to their untrained staff and terrible customer service.

The first issue occurred in July, 2025. My friend and I were flying from Vancouver to Boston, and both have medical devices. These devices need to stay on our person at all times, and all airlines and transpiration workers are supposed to be trained on this to avoid a medical emergency.

When we tried to check our other bags, the JetBlue employee told us we could not carry additional personal items. We explained that these were medical devices, and this employee continued to tell us we needed to check our devices. We continued to explain to her that these needed to stay with us. Then, she asked us what we needed our devices for so she could determine if they were medically necessary (by the way, this is not something that people are supposed to be asked). She got her manager, and her manager then insisted we needed to check our medical devices. Luckily, another airline worker overheard this commotion, and came over and told her manager and coworker that what they were doing goes against airline and Department of Transportation law and policy.

When I reached out to explain this to JetBlue, they replied that they claim no responsibility even though these are their employees. In their reply, they demonstrated no real empathy or regret to our situation. They did not admit that our medical rights had been put in jeopardy due to their staff's lack of training.

The second issue this year occurred in October, 2025 on a trip to Boston to Edinburgh. I paid $60 to choose a seat, where the television on the nearly 7 hour flight did not work. I told the airline stewardess, who said JetBlue would reimburse me for this and gave me the flight information and the best way to contact them. I contacted them, and they said they would not refund the additional $60 I paid because it is complementary and that this is their new policy.

Though this is not the airline stewardess's fault, there is a clear lack of communication between airline staff and the customer service staff. Additionally, if we are paying extra money to have a new seat, and the features do not work, why would we not be refunded?

Not only will I not fly with JetBlue again, I would warn travelers not to use this airline, as there is a clear lack of communication between their staff, as well as a very dangerous lack of training involving medical devices and how to treat people with disabilities. People with disabilities should not be questioned about their need of medically necessary devices, nor should they forced to explain what their disability is to people who are supposed to have training on this before working in their roles- particularly managers.

JetBlue acted unsympathetic to both situations and hid behind their policies instead of seeing a human and a customer. JetBlue's customer service has declined significantly in 2025, their staff is untrained in the medically necessary needs of their customers, and their unwillingness to see their own responsibility in these situations has lost not only me, but my family and friends as customers. Please reconsider using this airline and find one with respectability, good customer service, and proper training on how to work with people with disabilities.

UK to Las Vegas

I travelled from Heathrow to Las Vegas via Boston, and returned via New York.
It was easy to manage the booking through their app, including choosing seats. The only hiccup was on the Boston to Las Vegas leg, where we were delayed by a couple hours with little explanation or presence of staff.
A passenger was taken ill during the flight and the crew were a credit to the company, dealing with it calmly, taking appropriate action and checking in with the passenger throughout.
On board food was nice, although it is a cold meal. In flight entertainment was plentiful.

Discrimination against the disabled

If you use a power wheel chair, do not use this airline. You will end up having to buy another $4,000 piece of equipment if you do.
My mom died a week ago, so Jet Blue with a smile, set up my round trip to NY and back with full instructions on bringing my power chair and getting it back. Problem was, they had no real intention carrying this out. Once I boarded the plane, they were supposed to put the chair in the hold. Instead, one of the staff took what looks like a sledge hammer to my power chair and threw it on board. When I got to my destination and no one showed up with my power chair at the gate which was written on my ticket, I was told the chair was at seating, which they said so they could lock me out of the stairwell. I was led to baggage where I saw what airline staff did. They think they are going to make me jump through hoops to get it fixed?? Nope. Just one small claims form already filed and a $60 fee and in a few weeks, Jet Blue will see how well they can hold their own when they discover they cant use their attorneys in small claims.

Worst airline

Poor communication, last minute flight cancelations, rude staff, zero empathy. Caused me over $600 in additional child care and other costs because their poor communication. Claimed weather caused the flight cancelation when the same exact flight 3 hours later was still operating, but they couldn't get me on it. Avoid jet blue if you have the choice

The worst booking experience of my…

The worst booking experience of my life. The website refuses to book anything and just crashes, but takes cash from my credit card. Booking a flight with these clowns takes at least 4 -5 hours of your time , it's just not worth it.

Jet Blue went downhill

Flew with them for years, took 4-8 flights a year, always purchased larger seats, but website changed a couple years ago wife is from Uruguay, but no option to enter her passport information, so can’t proceed to purchase, so chat with JB agent and the always raises prices by couple hundred dollars . They always say prices can change … lol this happened 4 times over last year, I believe they use this as switch and bait In addition tried to purchase other tickets, website not as smooth as it used to be , so you’re on longer… and as you guessed… price increase Incredible… so sad , they used to be a great airline

Jet Blue terrible experience

21st birthday trip to Vegas flying with Jet Blue never again!!
Arrived at airport to find flight cancelled, no prior warning. Checkin staff no help whatsoever. Offered flight next day which was no good as attractions booked and paid. Managed to get alternative flights but arrived very late. No transfers because of delay!
Way home boarded flight on time but had to get off because of a fault.
5 hours later departed. Absolutely terrible, spoilt trip.
Offered a "token credit" for future flight. No thanks.
Thanks JetBlue.
