What a scam!!!! Do not order the jet hose attachment. It does not fit a garden hose and there isn't an adapter for it! It's all plastic!! Total garbage and then they won't let you return for a refund. They send emails to give you a partial refund and you get to keep the garbage product you can't use!!!!!

I'm so sorry I didn't order thru PayPal then PayPal will issue a refund and go after the company!

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Very disappointed. I agree with others. Does not inform you it is in US$, I also tried to cancel within the hour but could not. Took a month to arrive. Follow up from company non existent. When they do correspond or say they will get back to you they stall so long that the time for returning item has lapsed. Very distressing, and the hose is no better that a regular garden hose. Buyer be ware.

They took £228.56p out,I tried canceling straight away only to be told order dispatched
Order arrived 4 weeks later,I contacted them for returns address only getting email saying they will get colleague to send returns address
They the replied saying keep the order and they will refund me 25% of original order
Why is this site allowed to be advertised

Absolute rubbish.There is no answer when you ring them and no-one answers your email.There is no way to return it as I can see.Please don't get caught out.

Absolute joke and feel such a fool for falling for it. Additional charges (extended warranty) added without permission to the bill. Weeks for product to arrive. Looks completely different from the website images. Same product available for a fraction of the price on Amazon. And most frustratingly, it's absolute rubbish, no more powerful than a standard hose attachment. Then try and return it and get nowhere fast. TOTAL SCAM.

I wanted to order this to replace my current, bulky pressure washer.Two major issue I had with this company:
1 - I thought I placed an order but my credit card was declined. Knowing this couldn’t be right I said try again. Declined again. So I started over again and ordered. Then, miraculously the BOTH declined order went through and all three orders were accepted. I immediately tried to cancel the orders within 60 minutes but got a response that all orders had been filled and would be shipping shortly.

2 I emailed them and explained what happened. I was assures I could return the unwanted items. Not true! Their return policy is for only defective, unopened items. How can you tell if it is defective if it is unopened??!!

What a non reputable, cheating, scam company.

Wish I could give zero stars!! Looks like they have the same business practice with each customer. I ordered June 8th. I ONLY ORDERED the jet hose and rejected all their other offers of rags, cleaning spray, etc…I got my order email and it had added all of the “optional” things totaling over $100!!! I immediately got online and emailed their customer service. No worries…I can’t stop the additional items because they have already been shipped, but no worries once you receive them you can return them for a refund. So I asked customer service would I get an email with a tracking number once it ships. Yes of course. So give me my tracking number. If you supposedly cannot stop the additional items because they have already shipped then there should be a tracking number. Crickets for days. Now I just received an email that the order supposedly shipped on the same day that I ordered it June 8. Yet there are no updates in the shipping history to make me believe that, nor have I received the order. THIS “COMPANY” SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

On 27th May I ordered one jethose but was billed for two. I emailed support team who said to wait until the orders arrive and return them for a full refund. Orders have never arrived. I’ve contacted them 4 times since then, I get a quick reply from the support team but no follow-up.

No mention anywhere that cost is in US dollars. Added fees. I called to cancel the same day just after receiving notice of purchase. Agent who took my call said it would be cancelled & as I got a very slimy vibe I asked me to once again confirm order cancelled & told him I was recording the call. I then received an email saying the order could not be cancelled. I called my bank and had them stop payment. The supposed delivery was to take 10-12 days. It is now 3 weeks later so I guess they figured out how to cancel the order.
In addition to their lack of business ethics - the product sounds questionable

Absolute piece of rubbish got scammed normal hose has more pressure don’t get caught like me don’t buy it. Thought price was Aus dollars when purchased went $ US plus insurance plus postage can’t review purchase prior to paying

My advice DON’T purchase this product a total waste of money and time not to mention! The advertisement on YouTube was so convincing at least it appeared that way, so I decided to purchase one just to try it out ! Lo and behold not what expected the water pressure did not lived up to its hype as advertised which they claimed to be German Engineered ! The packaged came with no instructions and appears to be made with cheap materials! Again I recommend to any one who is attempting to purchase one DON’T to avoid disappointment….

I purchased the product “Jethose” after seeing an advertisement on Facebook, which promised high pressure (x15 times increase) and strong performance. Unfortunately, the product I received after several weeks of waiting is of extremely poor quality, no pressure increase at all and does not match the advertised claims at all.
Although the company advertised a 30-day return policy, also confirmed via email, they have now stopped responding to my messages, making it impossible to return the item or get a refund.
Overall, this has been a hugely disappointing experience. I strongly recommend being cautious and avoiding purchases from this company!!!!

Do not buy. Absolutely awful product and company. Was billed nearly £300 for a £49.99 product as they added things I didnt ask for and no chance to review before being billed. All you get is a plastic garden hose spray which isnt even worth £5. Wouldnt let me cancel, and too difficult process to return. If I could give no stars I would

I placed an order, noticed I was charged for additional items, tried to cancel the order immediately. Was told by rep it was cancelled, but then saw they charged my acct and said it was too late to cancel. Been three weeks, they got my money, still waiting on hose so I can send it back Immediately! Don't buy from them!!!

Took a month to arrive. Video is not true. No more pressure than a normal. Just rubbish don’t buy it.
Conned me into adding a cloth and another rubbish item.

Totally misleading videos in the ads, the product received did not resemble that shown in the ad, useless for removing dirt, certainly nothing like what's shown in the video. Unable to submit a review on the site as gives an error message. Basically a glorified hose nozzle which does not generate high enough pressure to do anything other than water the garden, and my water pressure is naturally higher than average already so that isn't the issue here. Impossible to get a refund or give feedback. These people are nothing but scammers

Order never arrived , kept emailing , fobbed off , 31st may today I've asked for a refund nothing , all I get is nonsense reply.

I ordered but wasn't able to review before they charged me for a lot of extras (warranty, cloth, spray). Plus there were two other charges on my credit card that they could not give me an explanation for. I tried to cancel within minutes of ordering was was told I was too late. After 20+ emails and a final resort of reporting them to the Federal Fraud agency, I was given a refund.

I was charged twice for $75.89 and twice for $12 and change. I tried to cancel my order but was given a line of BS. That request to cancel was made within minutes of my order. I requested to cancel because their website kept putting unwanted items in my cart. Their website is very difficult to navigate. I would rate this crap ZERO stars. How do I get my money back? My email requesting a refund so far has gone unanswered.
