Almin helped me and answered my query quickly and without fuss. Great service.

Exceedingly helpful
Had problems downloading eSim whilst travelling, got in touch via WhatsApp and after receiving automated response, finally chatted with an agent (Jetpac Happiness Expert). He was most helpful and talked through various suggestions to assist. This is the first time I had to ask for assistance but found them responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend Jetpac!

i couldnt install the e-sim to my device i think because i had an old one and it didnt recognise it or something else. But jetpac global whatsapp helpline did help in minutes. i really like how helpfull they are thats why i choose them every single time.

Had issue with my esim when i reach my destination. I contacted their team and was very swift special mention to Jet. He/She was very patient as I don’t have the connection and was only using hotspot

Issues with setup
Had some issues setting up the service, ended up buying another pack. Contact customer service to help as I couldn't figure setting it up & they help me with everything & gave me a refund on the pack I bought to replace the initial pack that wasn't working

Tech support saved the day! (eSIM in Japan)
I’m a bit hazy on how I managed to get mine working but somehow it was ok. Then I had massive problems with my husbands eSIM that I bought together for. They were v helpful on WhatsApp to help us out. One star off because it wasn’t super simple for technically challenged like me and also I had to wait a bit longer to communicate with a real person. Otherwise very good!
