eSim installation
I had trouble installing my esim, as I had multiple esims to select from. I had followed the steps on the app and had no luck. I got in contact with the WhatsApp helpline and I was connected to an agent quickly. Nel was extremely helpful and attentive. Nel also sorted out a refund for me, as I had purchased two for the same region, as I thought I'd made an error with the first one. The refund process was seamless and fast. Thank you, Nel.

I had a problem with my first eSIM installation, but the very helpful support was happy to advise me. Although the problem was not 100% solved, I now know that the data connection at the destination should work.
