I will have to check if the JetPrime throttle switch works properly because the on and off button is a bit flimsy, but I want to be positive and have some faith in this nice switch.

Customer service was spot on if you do not speak Italian calling wouldn't be your best option and email would be your only option.
Payment processing should be handled through PayPal to simplify transactions and limit mishaps. Overall the company handled everything swell and I have no complaints. 10/10 would recommend.
