Had a contract, made the deposit, then told they couldn’t do it

Initial estimates for my flight were 20-30k USD. Then firmer pricing was 120k USD for the same thing. Then I was told Jettly actually can’t even charter on that route so it was a giant waste of time. Guess they don’t charter globally after all.

So I just found out what “bespoke” really means. They responded within minutes to my email that I wrote at 11:30pm EST. And the email I received wasn’t from some generic customer service email address it was from a specific person who gave her name, email address, and phone number. I was given every manner in which to contact her directly if I wanted more info. Most importantly, she answered my question precisely. I know I won’t be able to afford them, but it was nice to experience first class customer service, I don’t know what I’m more jealous about, that there are people out there that can just fly whenever they want from wherever they want or that there are people out there who get to experience that kind of immediate and wonderful customer service. Most importantly, my husband worked for, three decades in aircraft maintenance for commercial airlines. Even after being out of the commercial aircraft maintenance field for about 18 years, he still makes aircraft maintenance a hobby. He reads about it and researches it constantly. (What a hobby, right? Just name a flight number or a location and he can give you the details of what caused any aircraft mishap since 1970.) If this company had safety concerns, he would know about it. If we could use a charter aircraft company and take private flights on a whim, we would use Jettly. Lastly, you ask why would I use leave a review for company I ultimately didn’t use? Speech recognition is a wonderful thing, man.

Flight costs were not even close to published rates. I fly charter pretty regularly and understand the reasons prices vary from estimates. However I was not expecting such a large variance or would not have wasted the time. Was seeking to save money by using a light jet or prop instead of the midsize Citation Excel I typically use. But, while these jets were available, the prices were actually higher than the midsize.

Relentlessly bombarded with spam emails. Do not waste your time with this company!

Even though I was not able to use Jetty service during the Southwest debacle. They were quick to respond with their options with informative agents. I will keep them in mind for future flights.

I have unsubscribed three times and am still receiving unwanted emails from this company.

I did not use a Jettly service. I made ONE simply enquiry and have been harassed and hounded by two people in your offices following up. Why am I filling in a survey? I did not use your services. I am only filling this in, in the hope I never get another email from you

Well, all I wanted was just a little information but, jettly has lay down everything I needed and put everything in the right place to make the travelling not only easy and comfortable but also affordable. It's a great place to be.

When I requested a quote from the website it was 10% of the actual cost of the flight when formal quotes came in. I found the experience to be misleading and disingenuous.

I asked to be removed and you send me this email! Please respect my time and remove me from all mailings and communications. Do not reply.
