Your platform is not user friendly
Your platform is not user friendly, your staff didn't know different types of aircraft - I had to educate them the difference between a small jet and a turboprop (they thought a King Air 350 is a small jet), there's ernormous waste of time in numerous back and forth emails that don't yield anything and emails from Alice have the header "We have an aircraft for you" yet the content of the email is about free membership. Failed marketing.
