Alice Williams was highly arrogant as she was assisting me in my request. I requested several times for a specific route and the dates however website didn't allow me to proceed therefore I contacted her by e-mail including the details what I have gone through. However, she answered my e-mail in a bad manner which left me in shock. Not recommending this experience!
