Just wanted to see some realistic prices. Ended up getting 15 messages. With different numbers.

I've had many great experiences flying with Jettly for business and personal family vacations.

Great people SUPER FAST, friendly and very competitive pricing.

Within seconds of stating I just wanted information, I was barraged with texts, three phone calls, incessant emails, and a really annoying representative. For such a concierge service, it was the most offensive experience I've had to date booking anything.

I inquired about travel on an "empty leg" flight which is viewable on Jettly but they could not give me prices. Said I would have to contact the private company myself but couldnt tell me who the company was. BIG PUSH to get me to fly private charter! WAY too expensive. Talked in circles.

Contradictory statements in emails, bad communications skills, and inability to speak intelligible English with an understandable accent.

Constant phone calls in the middle of the night when I was just browsing. Unending emails and relatively few options compared to what they advertise

We were told our flight would be a direct from Jan Juan Puerto Rick to McAllen Texas. Instead, we were routed on a path extremely north to Jacksonville FL to refuel, which was never the plan. In turns out, the charter crew flying the Lear 60 was based there and they flew there to gas up on cheaper fuel cost for the owners bottom line and dropped off a pilot and picked another up. Our flight time was around 6 hours which I paid for by the hour and we were taken advantage of and I am furious. I expect someone to call me. We fly private 50 hours a year and never have I had something like this happen. Reference flight was on Wednesday March 22, 2023.

They never include the flight cost on their daily emails. So it’s not convenient at a glance. It’s a barrage of self promoting emails.

Unbelievable unprofessional, keeps spamming with mails. Doesn’t support wishes from customers. Definitely not a premium service!

Jettly responds a year later with a scripted response. None of it addressed the issue only further lies. They claim they have policies against bait and switch BUT literally that is the experience EVERYONE has with them so how is that possible. If they look at my account it’s a clear and obvious bait and switch. Stop lying and just fix the problem for your next batch of clients … if you get any.

Im shocked theyre asking me to give them a review 😂 take it from me PLEASE 🙏🏻 Every price you get from them is a complete lie. When you confront them for providing quotes that they don’t honor and then try to charge you 400% more making up some story they cancel your account. Dont take it just from me, this is nearly everyone’s experience ive talked to. I don’t honestly get how they make money with such an aggressive and egregious bait and switch. What they’re doing they can actually be sued for.

After filling out a charter request form, i was spammed with 6+ emails including one that was titled “we have a plane for you”

Followed by a text saying no aircraft was available

Followed by a quote, which was incomplete

Followed by me responding saying the quote is incomplete

Followed by a message to say no aircraft was available

Followed by 5 more automated emails

This company is just set up to spew automated replies. Charter quotes always need a phone call. This company is not legit, just a waste of time

Jettly seemed like a reasonable and nice quality booking site. The booking rates we're just what I needed them to be. I received an E-Mail with "Quotes" which are legally binding but mixed in with the words "Estimate" which shouldn't differ more than 10-15% from the numbers I was given. For some reason I wasn't able to move forward with the actual quotes given to me in both the E-Mail and my online account I had created. A representative instead reached out for me to "Finalize" my quotes. Upon finalization the actual price was nearly 4x the quote/estimate. This is fraudulent and illegal because a quote is legally binding. One would expect even an estimate to not shift more than 10-20% but these estimates shifted 400%. No one is going to move forward with clear lies. Listen to the negative reviews here they all say the same thing.

I was QUOTED approximately $9000 for my private jet booking but the final number from Jettly.com representative was nearly $35,000+

This site is a clear scam and I'm open to a class action lawsuit for anyone who received a fraudulent QUOTE from this company.

It's a great experience overall just the price is a bit high. Thanks gose to all team members.

I got an email from this jettly.com company, urging me to do a Trustpilot rating.

I have never dealt with or even heard of the company!!!!

Now I see a reply from Jettly - it is a lie - I have never exchanged any information with this compagny ! - somebody else must (accidentally) have used my email address.
