I didn't realize the tickets were in Australia dollars till it was too late. I would not have proceed if I had know as I was paying in NZ $ Making it more expensive.

More costly than service

More costly than service. Didn’t even notify for anything on time. Like flight was changed and notified just before one hour of flight. We tried to get boarding pass but the system showed no booking found.
It was really frustrating

Would put 0 stars if I could

Would put 0 stars if I could. They booked my flight for the wrong day then wouldnt refund, exchange. I can see why they have such poor reviews as it is. I thought despite their poor rating/reviews i would give them a go because they are cheaper. But it's cheaper because it's misleading price that reflects not of the day you choose but of cheapest day to dly and automatically books the wrong day with no review before payment. My advice if your looking for someone reliable pay the extra 30-40 $ for a proper provider.

Avoid! Would not recommend this booking…

Would not recommend this booking service- booked flights their calendar was glitching.The confirmation email came through and the incorrect dates were processed. Contacted them straight away.

Sent them a screen recording of their calendar which was continuing to glitch.

Multiple emails back-and-forth. They do not care for their customers. They just want to keep the money in the account. Refused to cancel, refund or change my flights.

Piss poor company - book direct. Even when it was their website issue the customer suffers and they continue to deny any fault when sent the evidence.

Absolutely joke. Avoid at all cost.
