Horrible service. Borderline scam company.
Horrible. No notice when airline cancelled flight. Found out at the counter at the airport on check-in date. Additionally, $20 fee to get a refund back after a nightmare at the airport trying to get back home and spending more money on last-minute flights.

What terms and conditions were you referring to? On the payment page, we disclose all terms and conditions, including your ticket's fare rules and Privacy policy. You must review these terms and conditions and click to accept in order to proceed to pay for the ticket.
In case you did not read the ticket's fare rules, you can always check back with us. You can send us an email to support@jettzy.com, and we will respond.
JetStar is a low-cost airline. Their fare is non-refundable. Date change is allowed, subject to the airline change fee plus any fare difference if the new flight is more expensive than the original flight.

I‘m very disappointed of the customer service and can not recommend this agency.
I requested to cancel the booking 2 minutes after it was made as it was a mistake. Jettzy only sent me an automated response saying that my booking is not refundable. Any other travel agency or flight company would have refunded them immediately. I deeply regret not having booked the flights directly via the respective flight company, especially as they do offer a 1 day cancellation policy which Jettzy definitely could have used.
In the official Quantas documentation it doesn‘t explicitly say that travel agencies are excluded from that option to cancel within 24 hours.

As for 24-hour free cancellation, you must read the requirements via this link https://www.qantas.com/en-au/manage-booking/cancel-for-any-reason
Some airlines would allow this 24-hour free cancellation policy for customers who booked directly on their website or call centres, but not applicable for tickets booked via travel agencies.
