The item received is very poor quality

The item received is very poor quality. It is clearly cheaply made.

The returns process has thus far been very poor, and I fear I will be out of pocket for postage costs.

The name of the company is also misleading because this is a Chinese company. Any orders are therefore subject to an eye watering charge from their courier.

Finally, the spam i have received from this company after buying an item is ridiculous. The only reason they have not been blocked yet is because I will need to communicate further for my return.

I would not use this company again and would urge any potential users to reconsider.

Is this company scamming customers?

I added a ring to the online basket and it disappeared. So, I added another but the basket only indicated 1 ring. When I paid, I ended up paying for 2. I contacted customer service and was informed that they could not send me one but I could return one for a refund. When I tried to initiate a refund, the website didn't work. I emailed customer service several times and, on each occasion, was asked to explain the problem - I did this 4 times to no avail. Service so bad, I believe this amounts to a scam.

Product not as described and refund complications

I assisted a family member with a purchase from Jeulia and unfortunately the experience was very poor.

The item received did not match the quality described, especially for the price paid. When we requested a refund, a significant “restocking fee” was applied, which was concerning.

We also experienced repeated delays, with the company requesting the same order details multiple times and later stating they could not locate the order despite being provided with clear confirmation.

As a result, the matter has now been escalated.

I would recommend that anyone considering purchasing takes extra care and fully understands the return terms before ordering.

Disappointed

The choice is wonderful- not all to my taste but still wonderful.
I looked to make another purchase as I had a voucher for a discount sent to me with my last order. When I put this code in I was informed it was not valid. The email sent to me also offered a discount using the code HOLIDAY but this was also invalid
If you are going to invite people to make a purchase with code make sure IT WORKS
I made the purchase as you offered me 20% to complete and that one worked but I feel very disappointed that I can no longer trust your code offers

Don’t be fooled by this company

My husband brought me a ring for Christmas and upgraded the metal. By the end of January one stone had fallen out and the expectation was to send it back to California with using the main shipping companies due to customs. Not sure how they expected me to get it back to the USA without a courier. Was going to cost a fortune and a long time (baring in mind they give you 14 days!) I had it repaired locally at cost to me. Now another stone has fallen out and the expectation is to send back to California, you can see where this is going!! Not sure how to get it back without main global couriers so left a ring with hole in where an emerald should be. Contacted customer services and all they say is send it back and they look at it. As lovely as the jewellery is when you first get it, don’t be fooled into thinking these are genuine. When local jewellers looked at it they marked it as costume jewellery!! Not sure it’s what they said it was but would never buy from here again. Don’t let their prices fool you. My husband is gutted he wasted his money and less than 5 months 2 stones have been lost from the ring.

I liked that I could select the stones…

I liked that I could select the stones in my ring it saved a great deal of time on scrolling online for the ring I wanted and also the great selection of ring sizes which for smaller fingers is a nightmare I usually end up going for American sizes as they have a wider selection so no headache good easy website.

Poor customer service if you need to return an item

I ordered a ring from this company which took over 2 weeks to arrive. I have asked to return this for a refund as the ring is to big and im getting radio silence. I have sent loads of emails and raised tickets. There is no contact number for the UK. Poor customer service and no way to return.

Ordered a ring with gift money

Ordered a ring with gift money, £143.20, stated free shipping. No update with delivery. When it arrived I was appalled by the quality, it was nothing like the images on thier Web site, in fact Claires Accessories have better quality jewellery for £10. I had to send numerous e mails to be able to return it, constantly fobbed off with store credit. Then had to pay £20.85 to send it back to the USA, they are apparently issuing me a refund, minus the free shipping of £10, I'm still waiting and now £30.85 out of pocket. After several complaints about this, usual rubbish automated e mails. Disgusting customer services and a complete rip off. Do not order anything from this cheap dishonest company.

Jewellery store is not located in the UK, there website maybe but the Jewellery definitely made and shipped from China. Cheap nasty and wish I had never spent my money here. Go elsewhere. Reviews i seen on there page are probably fake. Could by the same cheap chat from a stall market in the UK. Do not waste you're money here!
