I did not receive my order, nor did they reply to my emails, now the email address is bouncing back, DO NOT buy from this site.

So I buyed 2 rainbow cases 2 years ago and they were very nice. Since I‘ve got a new Iphone I ordered 2 new cases back on 02.12.21, and they still did not arrive even tho I already payed them. I already wrote 2 mails to them, but didn‘t get an answer. It‘s a good product but such a bad customer service.

I have had my case for over a year now and I can’t stop looking at it still and admiring it, beautiful beautiful. The material is so nice to hold onto it’s a nice tough marble like material.

I ordered my case beginning of May and up to now I haven’t received it. Have been sending emails to them but no one seems to be interested in replying or giving me an update. I feel duped and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They were very friendly when I ordered and were sending me emails everyday but now all of a sudden no one is available to communicate with me.

I paid for 3 iPhone 12 mini phone cases and received cases that were literally 2x smaller than my actual phone size. The case says that it’s an iPhone 12 mini and is the size of an iPhone 12 mini, but my phone was 2x bigger than the case in width and in length. My phone literally sat on top of the case instead of being able to go in.. that’s how small it was.

Awful and disscosting and dissapointedt and bad. I recived my order today. It wasnt what i accept from it. I just put it into garbage roght away .

Completely disappointed with their service because I had ordered a phone case on the 5th of feb and my order was excepted and I waited for 25 days and then I contacted jewel cove and they said that it is in your local post office and when I checked there it was not there. Then I came to know that my order is canceled due to security issues.
I didn’t even receive a mail regarding the cancellation of my order.
and I had ordered this phone case at a discount i.e the phone case was originally for 14.95 $ in total but then I got it for 12.95 $ and then when my order was canceled the discount coupon has gone away. So I believe that for them discount is just to attract customers but actually you don’t get discounts.

Stunning flexible iPhone cases (I do not enjoy hard plastic ones). The honestly made my phone “look” new again due to the look of the edges that wrap around my phone. It’s sleek and comfortable to the touch and add such class to it. So happy & excited!! Got lots of compliments already (sent photos out as we are in lockdown due to Covid at the moment) and even my husband really liked it (he who does not like to use phone cases).

Even with me living in Canada and during Covid, the delivery process was quick and I received my phone cover in perfect condition. The phone cover was exactly as shown on the picture and excellent quality. I would definitely order again from JewelCove.
