I love your phone cases, they are very well made and very pretty in person. However I bought cases from you for my I phone7+ only to be disappointed that I had to buy a new phone and can no longer use them. But I did buy a few for my new phone which is a I phone 11. Thank you for such pretty cases.

I bought it on June. It’s August 4 and they told me to reshipment. Now August 23 I texted them again and they said the exactly same thing. I asked for a refund and they didn’t reply!!!!! Scammers

I ordered my case in the first week of May, received shipping confirmation in June, and it arrived the third week of August.
I had contacted their customer service twice, the first time they claimed they guarantee their shipments in the first 45 BUSINESS DAYS and could not process a refund until those 45 days had expired.
The second time I contacted them was after those 45 business days, requested a refund, which they processed next day. I still had not received my order, nor had the tracking number been updated in weeks. It showed it was stuck in Atlanta.
Two weeks later, my case finally arrived. This thing is a piece of garbage. It's cheap, and made of cardboard. The back is scratched and not reflective of their product photos (I ordered a holographic case.)
Don't waste your time or patience.

Such a damn rip off. I bought a case from here only to find out they sell the exact same one on AliExpress for $2-3. I paid $25!

BEWARE, they are a complete scam! They will send you fake tracking info over and over and you will never see that phone case!

Inspite of sending several mails, no response on the order !! Tracking number is 66330 and order number UD072485785YP !! They are not informing the local post office to contact them and check not giving refund !! Can someone ask them to reply !! While collecting money they are very quick but absolutely no revert !!

Today's date is July 15th. I made 2 orders on April 19th that still have not arrived. I contacted JewelCove and they reshipped it on June 10th but the tracking number can not be found. I reached out to them on June 24th to ask for a refund and they said my orders were on the way and they did not give me a refund. I'm currently going through PayPal to get a refund. After buying from them I have heard multiple complaints about the company. Do not buy from them.
Edited to add: I received my orders August 8th. 59 days since my reship and 112 days since my initial order.

I ordered this shimmering red phone case, but when it came in it was nothing like the picture. The borders are gold which didn’t show in the picture, the case is almost falling apart, and it BARELY covers my phone. Plus I paid extra for priority shipping and it took them 30 days to even ship out the product. Then it took 10 more days after that. Supposed it even showed up. Jewel Cove May be a less expensive phone case company, but you really get what you pay for, so watch out.

Ordered a case 05/14/2020 and on their website it says if you haven’t received your order within 45 days of shipping, they can give you a “free reshipment” or full refund. My order APPARENTLY shipped on 05/18/2020 {which was 45+ days ago}. I even paid for faster shipping! I still have not received my order. I emailed them and I mentioned what their website says and they totally disregarded the full refund and asked me if I wanted to do a free reshipment. {Like ship the items again}. Like ???

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a case in mid-May 2020 after seeing their ad on Instagram. As of July, I still have not received the case, and the company is refusing to issue a refund. Each time I ask for a refund, there is new criteria for granting one. One day they say you have to wait 15 business days, then it's 30 days, then it's 45 days.

Ordered phone cases May 14th and never received them. CJ in customer service just kept stating they were in transit and after 45 days I could request a refund. Asked for the refund and no response! DONT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM

Bought 3 cases, all with decent quality.
One of them had a scratch on it, but JewelCove was really attentive and sent me another one in perfect condition :)

They have so many followers on Instagram, but this company is a fraud. Tracking number is fake and unknown! Never received my order!
