John did a wonderful resizing on my platinum ring. Sent it on Monday, repaired on Tuesday and received back on Wednesday - all in the week before Christmas!
Couldn't be more pleased and I will definitely be using him again.

What an absolutely brilliant experience!
I contacted John via the contact form on the website whilst trying to find a reputable and reasonably priced jeweller to fix my engagement ring (the diamond had fallen out). John responded to my query quickly, and after a brief discussion about the repair required, gave me a quote I was happy with and the info required to get the item sent to him for repair. I sent my ring off on Tuesday and received it back, polished and looking good as new 3 days later!
More than fair pricing, efficient and quality service, and excellent communication throughout. I’ve already recommended to 2 family members!

I contacted jewelleryrepairsonline.co.uk on Monday about a broken necklace. they quoted for the repair and gave instructions for sending the necklace, which I did on Tuesday. The necklace was returned today (Thursday), repaired and very shiny!! Thanks John, great service and great repair. I will definitely recommend you and use your service again if the need arrives!

John worked fantastically fast and I had my ring back within 4 days of posting it. It looks good as new and I’m so thrilled. He offered a great price and excellent customer service. I can’t recommend John highly enough.

My mum died four years ago and shortly before her death, her wedding ring had to be cut from her swollen finger. It resided in my desk drawer ever since, after local jewellers quoted in excess of three hundred pounds to rejoin the two halves. John's quote was considerably less by a long way, and the ring was back in my possession within a week of dispatching it to him, as good, if not better than new. It now sits on my very happy wife's finger and is a constant fond reminder of my mum. Thank you, John.

Such amazing service live in Suffolk wanted charm bracelet soldered everyone here wanted silly money to solder 6 small links and weeks to do. John quoted a really good price,sent Saturday,he emailed Monday to say he had done soldering and polished it,and would return Tuesday Arrived 9 am Wednesday. To say I'm over the moon does not go far enough. John is amazing

I had a gold bangle that I wore for 30 years which snapped
After being told by a shop it was unrepairable I googled jewellery repairs and saw John's business
From when I sent the first sent the photo of my bangle to receiving it back mended took 1 week
I would highly recommend this business the owner John kept me informed when he received my bangle and when he was sending it back and his charge for the repair was very reasonable

Jeweller has resized a wedding band, keeping inscription inside. Posted the ring, and received it back within a day - looking like new and perfectly sized. Excellent service, efficient and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.

From my first enquiry I felt confident that John was the man for the job. I had to have my wedding ring cut off as it had got tight after 35 years. I sent photos and asked if it could be repaired and made 5mm bigger and as it had a diamond cut edge, I was unsure what the result would be. I shouldn't have worried. It came back within a few days. It is fantastic....good as new. I am so pleased with the finished result. I can definitely recommend this service with full confidence.
