It took long for my parcel to arrived because the customs here in the Netherlands made a big mistake in filling up my vat number. During these times, the customer service has done tremendous help tracking and following up my parcels. They have guided me and updated me the latest information about the Status of my parcel although I received my tracking number too and had been continously tracking it for some days. Bottom line is, customer service is just EXCELLENT. Very HELPFUL and SUPPORTIVE. Eventually, I received my parcel and I was just SPEECHLESS of what I saw. Products are more beautiful than they are on photos and I thought it would be the other way around. WOW WOW WOW!!! Seriously guys, Jewelrybund is really the place what we all have been looking for! I am blessed to have found this site randomly on Google search engine. I am so excited to start my webshop and give people the reassurance that these products are affordable and yet of good quality.
