Chantal, the Lease Compliance Officer, provided us with an excellent service when requesting the sales pack that is required when selling a property. Battersea Reach is JFM’s first major…
Battersea Reach is JFM’s first major residential and commercial appointment. While JFM are directly employed by St George, the Freeholder, it was in fact the Residents’ Association that requested their appointment, with the intention of establishing a closer and more collaborative working relationship.
JFM commenced at Battersea Reach in June 2024. Their performance to date has been mixed: in some areas they have delivered well, while in others they are still finding their footing. Greater knowledge in certain aspects, closer attention when overseeing projects, and clearer communication with the Residents’ Association are all areas that require improvement.
It should also be noted that three buildings at Battersea Reach remain under the management of another agent, as their Freeholder declined to transfer to JFM.
Looking ahead, it is anticipated that Battersea Reach may achieve Right to Manage within the next 1–2 years. If JFM demonstrate consistent improvement, the new RTM company may choose to retain them. It would therefore be in JFM’s interests to bear this in mind when making future decisions on behalf of leaseholders.

Many thanks to the Admin team who were quick, friendly and efficient. I needed a copy of the block insurance schedule in order to effect and exchange of contracts on a clients sale. I can think of one national management company that takes 10 days to read your email let alone respond so quickly. I would recommend this management company and particularly the Admin team any time.

I had my flat front door inspected recently and I couldn't be happier with the service. Adrian was professional, respectful, and very thorough.
