Paul called round very promptly. He was very reassuring and fully explained how the process would be done. He was very througher and checked round the garden putting bait boxes in areas he thought were most appropriate. He fully answered the many questions which I put to and really helped to put my mind at ease.

Great service, fast, friendly and efficient.

Second visit completed by Nico, who was punctual within amended morning time slot. Also gave me reassurance that the treatment is working over time. Removed empty bait trays and replaced with double the amount second time around! Removed further mess (unsure if this was more than just droppings as the smell has continued to linger for some time post-visit) - awaiting job report. Given sound advice to arrange appropriate drain cover / survey, having reviewed possible means of entry outside rear of property to prevent recurrence of the problem. Fingers crossed that after taking such action (and third and final treatment) that this will only be a one off pest problem and eradicate them for good 🙏🏻 Thank you.

Ben was a very lovely guy and understanding of my worry and fears , he throughly checked all my property , filled the holes that needed filling , gave me so much info and advice
And left everything spotless

Nico Haynes, ,the gentleman who came out to do the job was brilliant. On time, quick, efficient, helpful, pleasant and polite. A credit to the company.
Unfortunately the reason I can't give 5 stars is because of a hiccup with the office agent setting up the call out, NOT because of Nico.
Twice I was assured of a call back whilst trying to work out the logistics for dealing with my problem. First time I was told I'd get a call back within half an hour. I still hadn't been called by lunchtime the next day, so I called them again. I was then assured by the new call handler that the office person dealing with my job would call back when she got off the call she was currently taking. I still hadn't heard from the agent by 4.30pm ( 3 hrs later) so I called again to find that the agent had now finished for the day and gone home without calling me. I hate to pester which is why I left it that long, though still in office hours. The person who'd answered this call then apologised and sorted out booking the job for me. Nico came out the next morning.
So, very good with a bit of frustrating and stressful snag initially.
I'd recommend them and use them again. I'd hope the dodgy start was an anomaly and not the norm for this company.

Ben, the engineer was excellent. He was friendly, efficient and supplied the additional mouse poison as needed. He also explained the next stage to prevent mice entering the garage very effectively.
