From the moment I rung them I was reassured that they would be able to sort my visitor of a rat in my kitchen. I did ring them about 3 times during the weekend and each person i spoke to had patience and reassured me. When Steve arrived he was friendly and thorough and he explained the process clearly. Another visit in two weeks so fingers crossed itll be prob solved
