What a totally seamless process.
How easy was that I said to myself afterwards.If only these ladys from the office and the professionalism of the pick up gentleman were the 1st people I called.
Having the paperwork signed and done by the driver,confirmation all sorted out by their office by the end of the day ,payment in my bank within 24hrs.
Stress gone.
Just make these people your first phone call and the removal of your car and payment couldn't be more simple .

The process from start to finish was very straightforward and efficient. Car was picked up, DVLA informed same afternoon and money paid into my account also. Well done to your company.

Really pleased I found this company after being let down by someone else. Really easy process, pick up arranged within 2 days, collected on time and confirmation of new keeper email from DVLA within hour of pick up. Friendly and professional collector.

I went to Scrap Car Comparison online for the best price for scrapping a car. (I had to chat to SCC later who too were very good) ,and JHL came up & I accepted their price. A date was arranged for pick up with approximate time. David (the driver) telephoned me stating he would be arriving in 45 mins. Extremely helpful with paperwork and a very pleasant gent. He advised me that payment would be in the same day but I haven't as yet checked. I would certainly use them again and also highly recommend them..

I was looking for a spare wheel and tyre, plus a nut wrench and a jack, for my Fiesta . They were so helpful and found everything I wanted, and for a very reasonably priced.
I would recommend them to anybody.😊👍 Sort

I was contacted by a company who passed my details on to them. They phoned as arranged, arranged a date suitable for me. Turn up as planned. Polite helpful people. Money in bank same day. Efficient and easy.

excellent from start to finish initial conversation with lady in office was very good and positive, day given for pick up the same week, valuation better than others. David the pick up driver phoned 1/2 hour before arriving and gave 1st class polite service and said bank payment would be made the same day, which it was. altogether a hassle free fantastic service that I can’t fault in anyway. highly recommended.
