Appalling service from Jungheinrich
We after purchasing two pieces of equipment from Jungheinrich, we asked them to help move them across to our new premises 30 minutes away.
Not only did they fail to do that, and waste a day of our time waiting for their driver. They also have charged us for the failed collection as well! Despite pointing out and providing clear evidence of their failure, 5 months later they continue to pursue us for an invoice that should never had been raised in the first place.
They state that there was not adequate room for a HGV to access us. We had a HGV deliver to us every single day at that premises! Even the very largest articulated trucks could access the premises, although this is not a vehicle suitable for London streets in the first place I might add.
Jungheinrich did not articulate the type of vehicle collecting, nor did they advise of aborted costs or fees.
We are not responsible for your staff failing to research access or ask access questions. Nor are we responsible for lazy DSV drivers who would rather just drive off instead of try and resolve a perceived issue.
The service I have received from you as returning customer is frankly appalling. I have given you numerous opportunities to put it right, over a period of 5 months, and I have now lost my patience with the matter.
