Highly recommend this company.

JHP Aaron and Alex did a great job in relocating a radiator and temporarily removing others prior to decorating and then reinstating. Alexandra was very helpful as usual in reprioritising my job when I had to reschedule due to delays with other trades. Happy to recommend them again as they are my go to heating/plumbing company.

JHP never fail to impress me. They are super efficient, professional, tidy and arrived when they said they would arrive. I couldn't recommend them more.

Jamie and the team have consistently provided the best advice and support we have ever had from tradespeople. The original advice on the fitting of our Air Source Heat Pump was thoughtful and wise, dealing with a difficult installation in tight spaces underfloors and in cupboards. The who process was conducted extremely competently and professionally. Follow-up and services have been equally so. We always look forward to annual service visits!

Had what we thought was a radiator needing replaced. When Aaron came out he managed to fix it saving a lot of upheaval and time.
The other work he did was extremely good and dealing with the company really easy.
Communication is very good - sometimes over communicating! We will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Having used this company for many years I have always recieved excellent service from annual servicing of gas fire and boiler to plumbing work .Also friendly and helpful and professional from very first point of contact to team who carry out the work .

Jamie’s full gas fire service was excellent and thorough. Clear up afterwards left the room spotless. He also gave helpful tips on operation of fire in general

Fantastic service as usual from the JHP team , Jamie on the ground and Alexandra in the office. E-mails are always answered pretty much immediately and Jamie is out to sort out the problem. This last time it was a baffling one but Jamie stayed until he got to the bottom of it and got it fixed. Incredibly personable and charming and always a joy to have in the house , nothing is ever too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough

Aaron came along within in the pre-agreed time window, he sent me a text 20 minutes before arrival, he donned shoe covers before entering the house and he carried out the boiler service quietly and efficiently, leaving everything tidy on departure.

From the moment I contacted JHP Services I received an excellent service. The booking was made by phone and I received an immediate confirmation email.
In the days before and on the day itself I was kept fully updated on when the engineer would arrive and he turned up right on time.
He took considerable time and care to fix the leaking pipe and we’ve had absolutely no problems since.

Excellent care of our boiler installed by this company & serviced yearly. Jamie our engineer is so good & helpful. The staff in the office are excellent when we call them. The price is acceptable for work very well done.
