This is the second item I've ordered from Jian London and I've had very very good experience with the company. The jewellery is very nice quality and the service is excellent. Brilliant communication and a please to deal with. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Purchased a sapphire ring for Christmas. The size was too small, Jian London exchanged the ring for the correct size we needed without any problems and in pretty quick time. 5 stars.

I found this website by chance and read the reviews, all of which were positive. I selected my gift and the order was easy to complete online. I received a confirmation of my order immediately.
On receiving the bracelet, it was exactly as described and from the picture. The quality was exceptional.
It came beautifully presented.
Since receiving the bracelet, the recipient has worn it everyday since.
I would not hesitate in buying from Jian London again or recommending this company.

Bought some hoop earrings
After opening one of them bent straight away
Therefore faulty and not a good quality
Sent them back reordered delivery heard nothing from them even though I could track and see they had got them back
So I left it 7 days emailed them to be told as the tags had been taken of which you have to do before you can open them and as they were bent which I wrote telling them that was why they had been sent back they would repair them
Under the sales of goods act I am entitled to a refund which they are not prepared to do so I now have to get trading standards involved
So just be careful if you get a poor faulty item you will struggle to get a refund !!!!
I would never buy from them again and would not recommend them at all !

They had not been used at all
Tags took of yes how else do you put an earring in ?
But then when trying to open them one earring would not open and bent !
Straight back in the box and sent back which they received back the very next day so if they had been used as they emailed me and stated this was the case even though they were for someone that is housebound they were used very quick for them to get them back the very next day after they had been delivered !
This store does have a lot of good reviews however if you look through ALL the reviews any customers that are not happy they are either rude to them and do not want to accept that sometimes they are at fault or the items could be faulty which sometimes regretfully does happen and in this case this is exactly what has happened !

Fabulous selection of products. Easy to order. Goods received quickly and tracking notifications and correspondence from the company was excellent.
The quality of the products is exceptional, I purchased a bracelet and necklace and am so thrilled with them, I will definitely be looking at other products.

I brought a bangle from these guys
Royal Mail said it was deliverd but the parcel went missing.

The CS team kindly sent me a replacement the same day.
And on top of that the quality of the goods is incredible.
A great great company that was a pleasure to deal with
