I've used jiggle for the last 11 months…

I've used jiggle for the last 11 months off and on. It seems like every other time I use their services, there is a problem with my payment method, or they need to verify the debit card that im using with my name on it, and that it is actually me, so they require a video verification. It's a lot of extra steps. Part of it is their partner, "Paybis", but they are just as responsible for the uncontrolled chaos. I do not recommend Jiggle or their partner Paybis. Use Coinbase or Uphold because you will have way better results.

If you chose to back up your Jiggle App account using only a QR code, please note that this is the only method available to restore your wallet. The QR code contains your private key, which is what gives you access to your funds.

Because Jiggle is a non-custodial wallet, we do not store or have access to your private keys. This ensures your privacy and full control over your assets, but it also means that if the QR code is lost or no longer accessible, there is unfortunately no way for us to recover your account or crypto.

As mentioned in the welcome email, it's important to store your backup securely. If access to the backup is lost, we’re truly sorry, but your funds cannot be recovered.

We also provided several months’ notice and support to help users migrate their assets during the recent upgrade, which was designed to improve the app based on user feedback.

Falsely accused

Me personally I felt you should have stated the issue and given time for an explanation. I like your platform but that was wrong on so many levels. I lost money do to the app phase-out

I lost money do to the app phase-out. 300.67 in May 27, 2025. Pretty much told that they couldn't help. I actually did reply. That's when they said they could not help. I was told if I no longer had the QR code they could not help.

Jiggle is full of bugs and customer service is poor

Jiggle will take your money then claim it's not their problem. I sent my friend money, then jiggle sent an email to all their customers saying there was an update and all the funds needed to be moved or they would disappear. This is super untrustworthy and unnecessary. I helped my friend and tried to send the funds out of the jiggle wallet but it wouldn't work. Since he had me saved as a contact from the previous transaction, I decided to send the funds back to myself. This didn't work. The funds were lost and jiggle refused to help track down the money and kept telling me the transaction was confirmed, but they didn't care my money was lost and couldn't get it back to me. I do believe they are in the business of stealing from people and they are a scam app. Don't use their app. There are far better out there.

Regarding speed we expect this may be in relation to transactions. If this is the case, unfortunatley the speed of transactions depends on blockchain confirmations, not our wallet. You can choose the 'Fast' option to speed things up for outbound transactions, but it will increase miner fees (which go to the network). Let us know if you have any more questions!
