I have called and left voicemails, a few emails and have used the health chat. Absolutely zero response- 4 weeks since my blood work and no follow up
Very disappointing and terrible costumer service

I would definitely still recommend Jill health aside from all these negative reviews. Yes you can tell that the company is on the newer side but this hasn’t bothered me. They provided me a weight loss service when most family doctors told me I didn’t qualify! I only had one issue with shipping but they responded within a couple days. I receive follow up emails for the physician and reminders to complete my updates on the regular. I am happy with my subscription

My experience with Jill Health started out well enough (other than a mistake they made on my blood requisition, which cost me time and effort because I had to return to the busy lab twice). However, for my second Ozempic pen, they sent me the wrong dose. Trying to address this has been a nightmare. My emails and messages in the Medical Chat are ignored for days, and when Jill health replies, nothing is resolved. I try to follow up and then.... ignored again!! I am feeling so frustrated and I find this very disrespectful to the client. And I need to resolve my issue in a timely manner because I will be running out of medicine soon. :(
UPDATE: I changed my rating from a 1-star to a 3-star because my issue was finally resolved. It took me writing a 1-star review, though, to get Jill Health to pay any attention to me. And in the end, it was a super quick fix. I had misunderstood how much medicine is contained in any given pen. This could have been resolved so easily at the outset with a quick note of explanation from them.

Originally, everything went smoothly with my weight loss program. I now have no pen left and it says my two pens have been shipped but I can't open the window to track them. It also has the wrong address to ship to. I was very clear that I'm a travel nurse and need it shipped to where I'm working. They assured me they have the correct shipping address but I'm doubtful! I also ordered hair loss product which I'm also having difficulty receiving and can't see the order. I've been trying to reach the company for days but the emails come few and far between!! I'm extremely frustrated!!

Jill Health does not have the staffing to keep up with the demand of their weight loss program. I manually submitted my blood work on May 15th as they recommended to speed up the process and nearly six weeks later they still have not been able to analyze the results and set up an appointment with me. I followed up multiple times and asked for an updated timeline but received vague and uninformative responses. Their responses went from cordial to borderline rude.
I asked for a refund and was told that's not possible since I submitted my blood work. Doesn't really make sense to me as they haven't even looked at my blood work so I initiated a chargeback with Amex.
If the weight loss program is something you're interested in, I highly recommend going with Felix Health. It took four business days from sign up to being issued a prescription (I got my bloodwork done ASAP and submitted the results manually).

Very disappointing experience. I had read the reviews prior to starting and was aware it would take some time to go through screening etc and understood and accepted this. But its also 4 months to speak to a nutrionist, which should be much faster in any weightloss program. Meds may help, but support and education are most important. Maybe I am mistaken? I received my prescription (although I didnt receive the full 8 weeks, dont know where remaining prescription is) and have had no luck reaching anyone. Not sure how often the medical chats actually get monitored? They need better customer service, people are throwing money out the window and not getting the support and guidance promised in a timely fashion. I learned the hard way the negative reviews have merit.

Scam??
Communication is very poor. I have been waiting well over 1 month for any communication or feedback on my file. I have sent repeated messages (emails and direct messages) asking specific questions that have gone unanswered. They eventually replied, telling me they were still awaiting my blood work. I followed up with the lab to find my results had been sent over a month before, so they most certainly had them (despite telling me they hadn't been received yet and that this was a lab delay/error). The lab faxed the results a second time over a week ago and still there has been complete silence, again despite my repeated requests for communication. I have paid for two months of this service and have received NOTHING in return. This is hugely disappointing and the opposite of a patient-centred approach.

I am frustrated as well as many others are below. I’ve done all that I needed to do, got a prescription sent to the pharmacy side of the member area and have been waiting to have the prescription either sent to me or sent o my pharmacist for pick up. When you start a journey like this you are so hopeful.
I have called over 15 times trying to talk to a person, I’ve emailed and messaged on the medical chat. I get a response if we will nudge the pharmacy and still nothing.
This is really frustrating because everything else is done!! I just paid another $40 and I can’t get any prescription that has been approved to actually start my weight loss journey. Ugh!!

Really bad communication. Almost comically bad. I can understand maybe they're overwhelmed and things take a while, so I can forgive that I've been waiting nearly a month to hear back about my blood test, but they need to hire someone to help them sort out their communications and rethink the automated messages that get sent. So silly.
Like, I sent them a message just politely letting them know that the blood lab had a hard time reading the tiny print on their requisition, and in response I got an email that just said "How would you rate the help gave you?" LOL! Was that a human typing that? If so, why would they choose to respond with that? If it was an automated message... why wouldn't they proofread when they set it? Hahahah not a big deal, but it makes you question their legitimacy.
I'm still waiting to hear back on my bloodwork results (after 4 weeks), and that's fine--I can wait... but I also need some kind of indication that I'm in line, rather than radio silence that makes me wonder if there was an error and they never got my results.
At the three weeks mark, they sent me an email saying 'how is your Jill Health Treatment Working?" Well, I still hadn't RECIEVED any treatment, so then I worried that there'd been a mistake and they thought I had... but no, it's just that they don't think through their messaging. I responded saying I hadn't received any yet, and they responded saying 'keep waiting', basically. Fine. I can wait.
And then when my monthly subscription renewed (even though I still hadn't gotten any services--although they have told me they can refund it because of that), it sent me a bunch of emails as if my renewal was a new 'purchase' and asked me to resubmit all the stuff i submitted a month ago. Which I've ignored, assuming it's once again just bad/illogical comms...
All I'm saying is... if they can't afford to hire people to do it right, how can I trust that their business is legit and not going to go under and leave me without treatment again sooner rather than later?
TLDR I still haven't received treatment, so I can't rate their actual service, but their absurd communications makes me skeptical this business legit or going to last long. I'm not usually one to complain, but I just can't believe how poorly though out it is.

I joined over a month ago, immediately did all things requested of me, including getting my bloodwork done. A month later, my file still says 'awaiting bloodwork' and radio silence on their end (despite me having messaged asking what, if anything I need to do from my side). I am being charged the monthly fee for no consultation, no follow-up and no communication - beyond frustrating!

Received my weight loss prescription after blood work reviewed and it came fast no issues. Took a while for blood work to get reviewed and the dietician is booked up. But otherwise great to get started

It was a slow start, but I was issued a credit because nothing happened for the first month. After that everything has been smooth sailing. At week 5 I'm down 11lbs. Appetite decreased after first dose. I do get hungry, but feel full quicker and don't crave sweets.

I started the process over a month ago. Did the quiz and was told I was eligible and sent a bloodwork requisition right away. Went to get my bloodwork done immediately and results were returned to them right away. This was over a couple of days after signing up. In their info session, they claimed that if they get the results back quickly then I should hear back quickly as well. That was a huge lie. It's been over a month and I haven't heard back about my bloodwork. It's been radio silent over their chat and email.
I requested a refund for not receiving the service and they denied me because they had issued the bloodwork requisition. Which was filled out automatically with what I filled in on the site. SO DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, BECAUSE THEY WON'T GIVE YOU SERVICE AND WILL KEEP THE MONEY THEY STOLE.
RE: Their reply
The invoice states that the $40 is for "Weight Loss Program Support" when lab reqs are covered by provincial. They sent that and ghosted - absolutely no support. Chats go unanswered. If I am paying $40 for something any other doctor would provide under my provincial health care, of course I'm going to see it as a scam. The reply to this review was the only explanation I ever got for them ghosting. So they pay more attention to this page than they do to their clients' chats and emails.

Very happy so far in six weeks in. I’ve experienced everything this program has promised. I’m not hungry, I feel very full on smaller amounts of food, have been more active and want to be active! I have lost 12 lbs so far. Hang in there and be patient through the initial consults and bloodwork. So happy I took this leap!

Waiting for bloodwork form and review was frustrating but my conversation with Medical was great. She also followed up quickly when I posted results. On my 3rd week of treatment and feeling confident!
