Everything was going along fine until I requested to change medications and asked for some help. Now, I haven’t had an answer on my medical chat since July 11th, my prescriptions have not been refilled despite me emailing the pharmacy, sending multiple emails to other places and trying to contact someone on the chat. I’m almost out of my current medication and will likely be suffering side effects from the withdrawal. Very disappointing. I know they’re busy right now bur instead of focussing on the new clients for the $$ they should be focussing on existing clients and maintaining the health regime they’ve started. I guess I was paying $40 a month for nothing.

Updated review: I have been in contact with Elissa who assured me someone would contacted me shortly as you can see in the reply- 2 weeks later and still no “3 months” follow up. The thing is that I am now 4 months and + on my meds what if the medication is causing a side effect to my body, Im also about to run out of medication. Health is serious especially since the medication can have severe side effect. // Original review: I’ve been on my medication for now 3 months. The np was great as well as the delivery. I am however extremely disappointed to pay 40$/month for a subscription and receive no return on multiple messages on the medical chat. I keep writing about my results for my 3 months blood work follow up and nobody is answering me. That’s scared me to know my health is on the line and nobody is checking my messages.

The medical staff(the np) was great. But the customer service on the other hand was lacking I messaged them about my order coming hot (not warm, hot!) I reached out to return the product and get a new one. They told me to use it...: I spoke to the manufacturer of the medication and they told me absolutely do not use it. Disappointing I liked the service and would have continued using it if they made the issue right. I've now asked for a refund and have heard nothing

Adding to the numerous other reviews citing communication and website issues.
I like the concept and it serves a purpose for those who cannot find a family doctor or choose an alternative to wait times. However, I definitely felt like a number and not a client, let alone a patient.
I realize that running a business is not easy but I hope all of this feedback reaches someone who can make a change. It sounds like some people have found success but the inconsistency has steered me away from this service. I also asked them to remove all of my personal information. They assured me my profile was removed a week ago but as of today I can still access my information which includes photos, medical information and other PII. With how poor the website experience was, I’m concerned for that data and hope they truly remove it. UPDATE (August 9) on my PII, they did connect me with their IT team directly and my account is no longer accessible. <- just clarifying to note that they did appear to delete my account (which is a good thing) and I can assume my personal information has also been removed from their database and systems. I had a good experience with this account deletion support part of the process but my rating remains unchanged given my overall experience with the service.
In the end, I visited my family doctor, felt like a human talking to a human and got a prescription on the same day.

The initial sign up, bloodwork and first prescription went without a hitch. I am super pleased with my first 6 weeks of results using ozempic.
The problem lies in the communication and correspondence department. Here are some things I learned throughout this process: It is not possible to get in contact through their customer service email, their medical chat or customer service phone line if you have any questions or concerns. You have to email bianca.jessica @ jill.health I was never told, but in order to get my next ozempic pen refill I had to personally contact their pharmacy to refill my prescription or set up auto refill for delivery. That information was only given after I finally got in contact with someone. It was a shame because I ended up missing a week of my medical weight loss treatment.
After corresponding with Bianca through her direct email, she was able to help me work out the issues I had. I just wish I could have worked this issue out earlier so I didn't have to miss a week.
I am hopeful that as long as they are able to work out the communication issues customer satisfaction will increase.
Update: It is now past month 3 of my ozempic weightloss journey and I have not received a new prescription. I have had no contact thru the medical chat. I emailed Bianca personally. She said that the pharmacy will be in touch, but that never happened. I did all required bloodwork well in advance. This is a waste of time to use this particular company.

I wanted to leave my review as seeing the (bad) ones almost discouraged me.
I was well within the timelines that were communicated to me. From first consult to today (where my shipment was released) was exactly the time line that was shared with me.
Customer service was friendly, and from my end responsive. I am happy with the service and will continue my journey here.

I'm really, really frustrated with Jill Health so far. Despite my reservations and the bad reviews, I signed up and was patient. Surprisingly, the approval did not take as long as I thought it would. Now that I am finally approved for the medication, they have totally ghosted me. I am waiting for them to simply confirm the pricing and ship the RX to me. This process has become such an anxiety-riddled experience.
If there is a shortage of the medication or some other problem, they should communicate that. But "communication" is not their strong suit as messages in the chat and emails to the pharmacy are ignored.
Jill Health is simply not interested in putting the customer first. And I suspect they are just capitalizing off the Ozempic "craze", and therefore don’t think their patients are owed any real customer service. Semaglutide sells itself, no?
The concept is solid, but their business model leaves much to be desired. Perhaps they need more staff? I jumped ship from Felix Health because I had a better "feeling" about Jill Health. And now I regret it. Surely I would have been further along my weight loss journey.
Feeling a bit vulnerable. I hope I wasn't just scammed into giving them my most personal information and data, for nothing in return. Still crossing my fingers.

Unfortunately a poor customer experience. No way to contact them except through online forms or a chat bot, and they didn’t act or respond until I paid a fee a second time. Scattered emails came in across two platforms with varying responses. Will not be pursuing, they have granted a refund for my second payment, that I am awaiting.

Great helpful staff. The response rate is quite slow but if you follow up they typically are able to help. Hoping they continue to improve as they are offering a great service!

My blood work was confirmed received on June 19th and I have not had any follow up. I have been charged twice the $40 fee for absolutely nothing. Would be great to have some sort of update. Seems like a good service but I think they are severely understaffed.

This program is terrible. There is no one to talk to if you have questions about the medication or want to adjust the dose. They do not reply to emails or the medical chat. I will not be continuing on with them

Horrible service, they take your money and effectivley ghost you. I was promopt with getting all of my information in as they requested and I've written multiple follow ups with either no response or someone promising to follow up with me and I never hear back.
I've paid for two months of services and received essentially nothing in return. SCAM!

So far, my experience has been terrible. I signed up in late May, got my requisition for blood work on June 6, my blood work done June 7, and manually sent them the results. I still have not heard from anyone. I have sent numerous emails and am always told ‘sorry for the communication gap, someone will reach out to you right away’ but no one ever has. I’ve paid for 2 months of their program now and have received nothing. If I don’t hear back soon, I will be cancelling and trying Felix health which someone else recommended.

Absolutely awful. I just wanted birth control. That's it. I didn't like the one they chose for me and then I asked about one I had in the past. Radio silence. I called, emailed and tried the chat. Paid $60 for nothing and I just cancelled because their customer service is horrible. Im going to try Felix who my sister uses and says is much better. Jill Health is too busy with Ozempic demands to deal with people who just need birth control. Jill Health you just lost a patient/customer.

The premise of the business is good it meets a need that is clearly there and not being addressed well. It isn't a scam, as I've seen people ask that question before. Getting through the initial set up took a few weeks, but it seemed to be a reasonable timeframe for me. I've been on the medication for 2 months, and it is working for me. However, there is poor or no communication and non existent customer service. It's concerning when it's related to medication and the safety of the customers taking that medication.
My specific experience is as follows, the medication that must be refrigerated was delivered to my community mailbox, not my home, without a shipping notification. It came through Canada Post instead of FedEx as it had for the first delivery. I have no idea why the delivery company was different. It sat in a metal box, exposed to temperatures exceeding 30 degrees, for 5 days before I discovered it was there. I contacted Jill Health regarding the issue, I received a response that my ordered had shipped, so it seemed that they didn't actually read the email I sent. I followed up and then was told that the medication could be exposed to temperatures up to 30 degrees and I just had to use the medication in 30 days, again I don’t think they really read the email I sent. I followed up again stating I didn't believe it was safe because it had been at temperatures far exceeding 30 degrees and I would like the medication replaced. I did not recieve a response to that email. I then tried phoning the customer service line several times, it was never answered. I then tried the chat function, I was told the issue was escalated and received an email stating it would take a few days for a response. After a week I followed up for an update with no response.
I ran out of medication and I've now requested a refill - this is on me, I had believed I'd get a resolution and had waited, as well I had assumed you couldn't get refills so close together, not sure if that was accurate but honestly, who would I have contacted to discuss that with. Now I am just assuming that I will never have a resolution for the medication that I didn't get to use. I really want to recommend this service, I think the medication is life changing for many people and I will recommend the medication, but this service needs improvement.

My doctor wouldn’t prescribe me the medicine for weight loss so when I found out about Jill Health i was hesitant to try it. However the whole experience has been great, quick response time and got my medication with no hiccups. Still on my weight loss journey but Jill Health really helped! highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with Jill Health. I just physically received my first Rx today. I think as long as you follow their instructions, your lab that you use is efficient, its a really easy process. Don't get me wrong I was very uneasy providing all the information online and thought for sure I was getting scammed, but it has truly been an easy smooth process for me. I'm absolutely going to continue to use this service and would recommend it to other people.

Update: Jill Health reached out and is trying to make it right. Hoping for it to be resolved soon.
Blood work done over a month ago. No one responds to messages. They charge you monthly even though THEY are the ones taking their sweet time reviewing your lab work. If someone would at least respond to my messages I wouldn't be as upset as I am. It's truly feeling like a scam at this point. Horrible business model that is just wet up to make customers pissed off. If you can't respond to customers or review their blood work in a decent amount of time, then don't take on so much, or hire more people. Don't rob people of their money and ignore them while you do it.

Horrible service. Lack of health care support or customer support. If you think you will ever speak to a health care professional or someone who remotely knows what is going on, you are very wrong. Be prepared to hand over large amounts of money for expensive medication to people who have no business of being in this line of work.

I have paid for 2 months of this service to get weight loss meds. All I have received is blood work which I got done and nothing else. No one responds when you ask them for status check. I have been asking for cancelation and refund for a week with no response. Worst service. Do not use!
