I've had some repeated issues with the software - seems like a weird bug that would loop when I would attempt to do the consultation questionnaire (it would prompt me to complete it as it is a "gatekeep" step in order to proceed to get the medication shipped, after paying) that prevented me from using the site but always got it fixed once I reached out. The last time I renewed my prescription, it was a different issue altogether. It was very difficult to get it to recognize my ID with the third party camera, which was a bit frustrating. Eventually after trying over and over again it finally worked and it was fine, but I'm hoping the next time will be a bit smoother.
In short, some technical issues, but everyone who has responded to help with the hiccups has been awesome!

I was able to buy Latisse on-line rather than having to visit an estetician just to buy it. This is much more convenient than driving to buy it. Fast, easy and will continue to buy Latisse from them

It took months for me to get support and for someone to follow up with me in my treatment. It also took very long to get refill for medications, there was almost no consistency. I would get told I’d be forwarded to the right person for my concern, but there was nothing.

Very little communication between pharmacy Jill health directly deals and Jill health practitioner. Was unable to receive my prescription in time. When I reached out for help I was told by practitioner to make an appointment. Something I never had to do in the past.

Poor on-boarding. Someone didn’t even show up to a scheduled zoom call. Start paying a monthly fee even before anything actually starting for nearly 2 months.
Very unorganized. Couldn’t access any of their services like nutritionist or kinesiology because they were booked out for months. When I did access them, seemed like they read off scripts. Nothing was customized to the person on the other side of the screen. You pay a monthly fee for these services, which are so useless. They also seemed very uninterested, but probably over worked and just as lost as their patients.
The pharmacy side was actually really good, prompt answering questions, getting prescriptions sent and of course taking payment.
Recommend going to your family doctor! Unless they fixed the patient journey side of things.
