Dear Reliance Jio Team,

Dear Reliance Jio Team,

I am completely fed up with your WiFi service. The connection goes off multiple times every single day, and once it goes off, it doesn’t even come back properly. This is happening continuously, making your service absolutely useless.

This is by far the worst internet experience I have ever had. There is no stability, no proper support, and clearly no concern for customers after taking their money.

Because of your pathetic service, my daily work is getting disturbed again and again. This is not what anyone pays for. If this is the level of service you provide, then people should seriously think twice before choosing you.

In fact, I will openly say this — if anyone is planning to take a Jio connection, don’t take it. It’s a complete waste of money and time.

Fix this issue immediately and provide a permanent solution. I am not interested in excuses anymore. If this continues, I will not only discontinue your service but also make sure others are aware of this poor experience.

Get this resolved ASAP.

Headline: Why launch in Sikkim if you can’t provide a single day of service?
Reliance Jio should be ashamed of their "expansion" into Sikkim. It is one thing to have a technical glitch; it is another to launch a service in Gangtok, take people’s money, and then completely abandon them.
• Zero Local Support: Why provide connections in this region if you don’t have a single competent engineer who can actually visit a site? It has been months with no service, yet not one person has shown up. If you don't have the staff to cover Sikkim, don't sell the service here.
• The "Scripted" Ghosting: Every time you call, you get a generic "we are working on it" response. It’s clear they have no local infrastructure and are just using Gangtok as a billing experiment. They are essentially stealing subscription fees from people in the hills who have no other recourse.
• Total Negligence: I have raised ticket after ticket. They get closed automatically while my router sits there like a useless plastic box.
TO THE PEOPLE OF SIKKIM: Do not fall for the low prices or the brand name. They will take your installation fee and then leave you stranded for months without a second thought. This is the worst, most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.

Delivery agent, without asking transfers my old number to ordered jio simm.

He said you get new jio simcard, next day he was sick day after that his wife was sick third day he dont take the phone.

Jio Hotstar

I have two jio numbers, and constantly receive messages from Jio that Jio Hotstar 3 months free subscription has been added to my account, and asks me to simply login to Hotstar using my mobile number and enjoy the content. BUT there's no way you can login to the app using your mobile number, and they don't give any instruction on how to use it! Total waste!

Worst Service Ever – No Delivery, No Support

This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I ordered a Jio SIM and paid for it, but the delivery person’s phone has been switched off the entire time.
Customer support is even worse — every time I call, the call gets disconnected as soon as I start explaining the issue. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding customers.
No communication, no accountability, and no service after payment.
Completely unacceptable service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this.

Worst management worst operation worst conditions and worst employeesss

This network as well as it's terms and everything even the customer care are worse
Today what happened is I recharged with 349 5G unlimited+2GB/day but nowhere mentioned that 2GB referred to the 4G network which is ultimately connected to 5G network and when that 2GB is exhausted we can't utilise our 5G unlimited data in short they are offering 2GB data/day with 5G speed at 349 and making us fool by saying it's unlimited even their staff are too rude they cut my call saying I am repeating the thing like seriously.......Your market share will definitely fall.......plus they are saying 5G is all a bit slow in my area but the plot twist I live in central area of a metropolitan city....

Jio customer care has been harrassing…

Jio customer care has been harrassing me, for not doing recharge for 15days. This is really not done, this is our right our decision to do recharge or not. Calling multiple times in a day doesn't make any sense.
We using the numbers know well we don't have recharge, you don't need to call again and and remind.
Experience the worst ever with this Jio.
I am planning to port it with Vi now,
Vi is giving good monthly plans.

I have been using jio for a long time and I must say it is the worst of all....I never receive any calls even when someone tries to call me and cannot call back also.....do something to your network.....you guys are increasing the prices like hell and the services are shit .....even to raise a complaint I'm not receiving the Otp even though it shows that it has full network.... because of this issue I have missed lots of important calls
