Worst service my father has been using their service he wants to cancel that line as he changed his carrier It’s been 9 months they didn’t cancel. I don’t understand why wouldn’t you cancel a line when the customer doesn’t want to use it anymore what kind fraud is this.

Jio is a third class company

Jio is a third class company. In Agartala I am not getting internet properly. They only know to take money, no service. BSNL is better than jio in Agartala. Bogus company. Although showing 5G but no internet. Really third class company.

Never trust jio

Never trust jio, they will never help and resolve your issues. Disconnect services on their by the name that they are upgrading the connection.
And staff at Jio specially in BCS Himachal Pradesh are useless people they treat mentally harras customers. And when customers call them they never pick up the call. And if their own employees engineer also call them still they don't pick up the call. They should be fired from the job for mentally torturing the customers.

Ridiculous services and poor staff…

Ridiculous services and poor staff doesn't know how to treat their customers. They don't help and mentally torture people. Staff sitting in bcs is also bad no knowledge of their work and don't pick up the calls and keep the complaints on hold. Poor everyone should stop using jio. And these people should be removed from their positions

Worst Service

I want to be very transparent — we are not at all satisfied with the service experience from Jio.

We recently took two connections for our offices in Bangalore and Coimbatore. Both were commissioned about a month ago, and as per the plan, we were supposed to receive static IPs to configure our firewall. After repeated follow-ups, we did receive the static IP details, but they are not working at either location.

Every day we are forced to call customer care, and the only response we get is that “a call will be scheduled with the Static IP Team.” Despite sending hundreds of emails, there has been no resolution.

We had paid three months in advance at the time of connection. Once this period is over, we do not intend to make further payments, and the connections will be terminated. I have already sent warning emails regarding termination, but there has been no action from your side.

Frankly, I do not understand how Jio is leading the industry with such poor service standards. Compared to Jio, local providers like Excitel, ACT, and Tikona are far more reliable. Choosing Jio as our partner has proven to be a mistake.

Initially, I had considered upgrading to ILL in the future if things went well, but based on this experience, I will not recommend Jio Business Plans to anyone.

Customer care service is very poor .no guidance they will give you just want money. No good refund system

Customer care service is worst , it's been more than 12 days of installation payment which they have taken without even installing the box
They are very unprofessional,no one is telling when I will get my 1200 back.no exact date ..first day ..24 hours refund system after than 7 working days now .. increased with 21 days ...still not raised for cancellation of refund.
Please don't trust before installation don't do payment...

*1/5 stars - Unacceptable Policies and Poor Service*

I'm extremely disappointed with Jio's policies and services. I've been using their sim as a secondary connection, but their lack of affordable plans and draconian policies have made it unusable. If you fail to recharge your sim for just one month, they'll cut it off without mercy. No warnings, no reminders - just a sudden disconnection.

The minimum recharge amount is exorbitant, around ₹187, which is not feasible for occasional users. It's clear that Jio prioritizes making money over customer satisfaction. Their policies are designed to churn out revenue, not provide reliable service.

Unless Jio revamps its policies and offers more flexible plans, I'd advise others to avoid their services.

JIO APP - For Everything Scam

Scam - What else to expect from Jio. Bought a sim online, the delivery feature looks amazing until you realize that it will not be delivered in the first place. The company promptly takes the money with no notifications about when to expect the delivery. Day 1 - Sushmita says 24 hours and asks for 5 star review on customer care, next day Sushmita says 48 hours ("Damn Sure" as she said). Just go to a local store, the JIO app - For Everything Jio is false marketing.
