Used MS Money for years, looked for something new so for the past few years used Jiosoft. This is an excellent program I couldn't manage my finances without it. I needed to upgrade to a new Lap Top was really nervous, as I and use the program all the time. Contacted Joisoft they got straight back to me said I was able to use my orignal software key, sent a link for me to down load the latest software, for no extra cost, that's the definition of "looking after your customers". Just finished the new install, easy glitch free, all up to date. I would highly recommend Joisoft for personal finance software. Thanks to Jiosoft for excellent support.

Having been a staunch MS Money fan since @2003, I even recently have had to use an old Win7 laptop for the sole purpose of running MS Money when it became un-usable on latest Windows versions. I have watched JioSoft reviews for a good number of months, and watched their website and updates, and finally took the plunge a few weeks ago. Wish I'd done it sooner. So simple to install and run, and the beauty is you can migrate accounts very simply and individually. I migrated old accounts little used now at first, and played with them to find my way around the programme. Finally migrated all "live" accounts and in all honestly wish I'd done it sooner. Visually excellent and instructions very easy to follow. Support online is superb as well. 5 stars for one of the most useful pieces of software I've ever used at home. I've been very sceptical of many pieces of software claiming to manage home banking but this one without a shadow of doubt does the job and a more than worthy successor to MS Money.

In Quicken you could set up a cost centre for each category of cost by adding /. All are paid from same bank account. Makes reporting of whole or individual
cost centres easy.

Can Money manager has that facility which was a key function in Quicken

I have been running Microsoft money for over 15 years I recently updated my windows 10 and Microsoft money went crazy did not recognize 2023.I purchased Money Manager from Jiosoft and what a find, easier to operate than Microsoft money easier to update with the inputs required and customer service second to none, thank you for such a super product.

I used Quicken for many years but recently downloaded Jiosoft's Money Manager Programme. This programme quickly downloaded and incorporated all my old accounts. Easy to use, and every bit as good as Quicken. I recommend it, without any reservations. Thank you the Jiosoft team!

They claimed that it was a good replacement for Quicken and it was all that and more. Easy and clean to use especially with the help given in transferring data from Quicken, The support from JioSoft has been excellent with immediate responses from e-mail enquiries and the help given on the web site. I would recommend this package to anyone.

Wanted to change Jiosoft to a new computer. Received excellent support and advice on how to retire the software from my old machine and install it on my new one without needing any further purchases. Thank you for a superb service and I still love the program and use it every day!

Have deleted my previous review. I was a little premature in reviewing the package and I have now worked through the package and found work arounds. It has some niggles but that's me, not the software and I am getting used to it and it is use friendly. Customer service is superb!.

Would now highly recommend this personal accounts package. Excellent value for money.

An excellent, simple-to-use product for the home or small business. Support is fast, courteous, efficient and, above all, human. Well done team.

I was very reluctant to move to a new personal accounts software but the reviews encouraged me to move to Jiosoft. The importing of all the data from Microsoft Money was much easier than expected and very straightforward provided you open the accounts first. Thanks to the incredible support I overcame a number of frustrating issues (mostly of my own making) and probably proves the point that it is necessary to re ad all the instructions. Running two sets of accounts (databases) was made easier thanks to the advice to create shortcuts and this is essential to avoid (as I did) thinking I had lost all my scheduled payments. The only disadvantage - and a vital one - is that there doesn't appear to be any automatic backup when closing the program.

I have been a Quicken user for over 30 years, including occasional Beta testing. Like so many others, I have coaxed Quicken 2004 through all subsequent versions of Windows – now at Windows 11 – without undue problems, although well aware that the day may yet come when the program refuses to work.
After much research I have settled on Jiosoft Money Manager as the only viable UK replacement, and have so far been well pleased. At first seeming less sophisticated than Quicken, I am sure that I will discover more capability as I get more familiar with the different menus. There are some aspects with which it will take time. For example, the accounts Home Page displays totals including all entries added to the various registers, rather than totals on the current date. This is not a problem so long as one realises exactly what is being displayed (and will not, for example, show an account likely to go temporarily into overdraft pending a credit payment due to be made at a later date). But so far I have found nothing to affect my overall view that it is a sound replacement for Quicken.
My 13 in-use Quicken accounts (have around 175 in total including historical ones) have all imported easily with no problems – and the historical ones can remain in Quicken which I shall run in parallel until entirely happy with Money Manager. It appears, not possible to import scheduled transactions, which have to be added manually: a bit of a nuisance and time consuming but no great problem if you first print a list to copy from Quicken.
My only serious criticism so far is that the text size in all account registers (and the side menu for accounts) is far too small and cannot be changed. It is even smaller that the “smallest” font selected for reports and other pages. The customer service solution (impressive and excellent response time of some 15 minutes!) is to increase the text size via the overall Windows settings. This, however, is not practical. For a start it will affect all your other program text options and, probably at the very least, make a mess of all your desktop items.
This cannot be a difficult modification for the developers to make. It would also be helpful, while commenting on the account register page, for there to be a distinguishing line or colour change at today’s date – particularly to distinguish between payments already made (but not necessarily cleared) and payments entered but not necessarily due in the immediate future.
Overall, however, this is a very good, straightforward and easy to use replacement for Quicken, currently worth 4 stars but potentially worth 5 stars with a bit more “tweaking”!

Great alternative to early versions of Quicken I was using, easy transition a few quirks I dont like and no updates for many months. Suggested a small change to help input receipt information which has not been implemented but still using every week.

The program is neat and easy to follow. Any diffculties are rapidly dealt with in a friendly manner.

I have been using MS Money 2004 since it was released with various versions of Windows. I was even using it with Windows 11, until the latest build was released, then it stopped working. I found JioSoft Money Manager to be a brilliant replacement for MS Money. It is virtually the same, only less complicated for a mere mortal like me! I had a few queries at first and contacted Michael at Customer Support. All the replies I received were easy to understand and lightning fast. I can't believe it in this day and age! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending JioSoft Money Manager as a replacement for MS Money and their Customer Service is absolutely first class.

I emailed Jiosoft with a query BEFORE purchasing and received an clear, well-worded and helpful response within 15 minutes. That, to me, is very impressive customer support and upholds the impression given by many 5* reviews on TrustPilot. I will now buy the software based on those reviews
