This really is a good financial management programme. Very easy to set up accounts and operate.

Been using Jiosoft now for a few years. Moved from a very old version of Quicken that is not supported in the UK. Could not be happier with Jiosoft! An excellent product. Does the job fine. Customer service is excellent too - they respond to email request for advice or guidance quickly and answer the issues you raise. Really highly recommend Jiosoft!

After a very long time since purchase I had lost my access key. Didn't think I would get another copy. Not only did Jiosoft send me a copy but I received it within 1 hour of request and on a Saturday afternoon too. Also received an upgrade to the latest version. Amazing service.

I recently started replacing data from an old computer to a new one I had just bought. As I used to use Quicken, (no longer available )I was lucky enough to find Jiosoft and started to install it. As I am not the sharpest tool in the box regarding the technical side of computers, I relied heavily on the customer service department of Jiosoft which turned out to be better than first class, Michael was so patient and knowledgeable helping me achieve what I believe to be a first class app and look forward to enjoy using it in the future. Great alternative to Quicken. They supplied full instructions to export my Quicken data. Does what I need and although reports need a bit of juggling to identify separate payees you can get all the results you want. Great backup support.

I have been using JioSoft Money Manager for a few years now and have found it to be an excellent, simple to use but sophisticated program that does everything you need without fuss. One of its best features is the ability to track spending on specific items over any time period chosen, and the same for taxes and income. A really useful and well-designed program.

I have been running Quicken since 1995 but when I bought a new laptop in November running Windows 11, I decided it was time to retire it as support has long since ended and I was nervous about the program dying.
I transitioned to Jiosoft Money Manager and it generally went very well. My Quicken files uploaded fine, the graphics are pleasing and Customer service is excellent. Its downfall is the reports.
With Quicken I was able to create a report for a required period and it could be displayed in columns at the interval requested: by week, by month by quarter, by half year or by year. Jiosoft Money Manager doesn’t have this option – the requested report can only be displayed as one column for the requested period. So, for instance, to get a report for the year by month, a report needs to be selected for each month, and exported to Excel (12 exports).
With Jiosoft Money Manager it is only possible to create a detailed report by category for all accounts or a single account: it is not possible to create a report for a group of accounts (more than one, less than “all”).
Quicken had a “Quick zoom” facility whereby you could drill down on a particular number in the reports to instantly discover the detail that made up that number: Jiosoft doesn’t have a drill down facility although you can generate a report.
I persevered with Jiosoft but today, after three months, I have reverted to Quicken, which to my amazement installed on my Windows 11 laptop without a hitch. I shall continue to update Jiosoft from time to time in case Quicken does eventually fail. Jiosoft works well as a personal accounts program and if you had not run Quicken previously you will probably be quite happy.

This is a superb programme for keeping track of personal finances. I've ben using it since 2016. It's simple to use and puts all your finances in one place and at your fingertips.

After losing my complete Data base through a crashed Laptop, these Guys very quickly took me through their process and Software , thereby minimiseing our lost position, there Customer service was Fantastic

I got Jiosoft Money Manager in 2021 in case my Win 7 PC failed and I lost MS Money. I've run JMM and MSM in parallel since. Most of JMM is very similar to MSM, hence very good, but I find the Split function really lets it down. If only JMM used keyboard instructions (instead of mouse) and did the split calculations for you (instead of having to use a calculator) it would be very brill. I've been spoilt using MSM's fantastic reports and just hoping JMM's come somewhere close

Now been using Jiosoft for 8,9 months now and extremely satisfied after having used MSMoney for nearly 20 years. Jiosoft much more adaptable and edit-able. Searches and Reports excellent as is the first hand support from Michael. Very easy to migrate data.

I am an IT Consultant and came across this fantastic bit of software a few months ago to manage my personal accounts. I have professional software to keep my business accounts in order, so why not have something for home use. Once setup properly, it can give you a clear picture of your finances and help budget. I have been running Jiosoft Money Manger in parallel with an excel sheet that I had designed for several months. I do not need the spreadsheet anymore. For an out of the box product, I rate this more than 5 stars.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I've used this software for years, it's brilliant, easy to use. I bought a new laptop, but couldn't find the key to put the new software on. I got in touch with the team and they sorted me out right away on the same day. I've never ever had quick helpful support from a software company like this. Thank you!

Doing your home accounts can be a pain. In the past, this was made easier by using the now defunct Home Accountz.

After the pandemic killed that off, I was unsure where to go, read reviews, asked online communities.

Bit long-winded importing my data from Accountz, because I didn't follow the instructions at first. The helpful people at Jiosoft HQ were always at hand to guide me in those early stages.

But now that it is up and running, I am delighted with it. Clear and easy, sits happily on my computer without gobbling disk space, and above all, it works for me!

I have used MS Money for many years and wanted to update to a simple system without loss of Data. All my accounts transferred easily, the large ones taking a little more time. The only part that I had to re input was my scheduled transactions.
All done and I am happy as a lark!

I have previously used Quicken for many years, but cannot do so anymore because they don't operate in the Uk now.
I purchased the Jiosoft software having read that I could quite easily transfer all my data from Quicken into the Jiosoft programme. And so I did. It was quite painless and I still have all my financial data intact.
I'm a very satisfied new customer of Jiosoft.

Recently had my hard drive upgraded on my PC. The computer came back faster and more efficient than before. Except I forgot to keep a copy of my Jiosoft registration number - so no access to my accounts system. Stupid mistake. Rang Jiosoft, solution provided, now back up and running even faster with my new hard drive. Thank you for your excellent support!
