This is a brilliant product of quality and ease of use for personal accounting. Been using for a year and found no problems. Would certainly recommend if you want to manage your personal accounts.

Easy to set up and use following on from many years of using Microsoft Money. Transfer from other system was straightforward. User guide was clear. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to use an excellent software.

I bought Jiosoft this week and it is better than I hoped. As a Quicken user since 1996 I thought there would never be anything compatible on the market again, but Jiosoft have surpassed my expectations.

It is so easy to navigate & set up, and I felt at home with it from the moment I downloaded it.

I have used Microsoft Money for over 20 years and had become increasingly concerned that its demise would leave me using an inferior application. Hence I have persisted with it far too long.

The reviews of JioSoft finally persuaded me to take the plunge and try something new. I wish I had made the switch earlier.

JioSoft is excellent. Moving my data across from MS Money was easy and flawless. The software is easy to use and does everything well, both for bank and savings accounts and for investments.

The major difference with JioSoft compared to MS Money is the brilliant customer support available, hats off to Michael. Queries are answered swiftly, intelligently and in a friendly way.

If you are looking for a replacement for MS Money or something to use to manage your finances for the first time I can wholeheartedly recommend JioSoft.

I was very reluctant to move from Microsoft Money Manager but over many weeks of fast replies to my pre purchase queries I purchased the download and usb version of the Jiosoft product. I had various teething problems which were very swiftly sorted out. I recommend that if you want the 64bit version you get the USB flash drive as the download version is only 32bit. The program is now up and running well. The 64bit version is fast. All my regular scheduled payments are entered which auto enter on the day scheduled. Very useful. Backup needs to be set up on " One drive " for automatic back up on each shutdown. Many thanks to Michael for his patience and fast response to my queries. After 21 years with Microsoft I'm glad I changed.

I purchased Jiosoft Money Manager in November, I have used MS Money since 1999.
I have easily entered all my account details, (savings and credit cards) and a few shares and also my regular payments.
All seems well, I am running both in tandem at the moment just to be sure, the only few very slight differences I see at the moment, is MS Money seems to store share price details to three decimal places and Money Manger two? discrepancy of 1p occasionally!
Also, and this may be me not doing it correctly, when downloading account transaction details from banks etc. MS Money seems to match these to the entered details, whereas Money Manager duplicates them, as I say maybe me.

I am a retired accountant and I was looking for software to replicate MS Money to allow me to scrap QuickBooks Online which has become very expensive. QB is fantastic for business use (though not as good as QB desktop which they no longer support) but not for just personal finances. I have now trialled the software and entered a month's worth of data, and I find it very intutive to use (unlike Intuit!). The only snag I have so far found is that you can't set up reminders to occur fortnightly or every four weeks which is a shame. Two of my streams come at those frequencies. Maybe Michael could consider adding this to a future release? I'm very much looking forward to working with this software and saving a lot of money every year.

It works a dream . An android app would make it even better.

Ordering the update disc was simple, like using the program itself!!

I have been using Quicken since 2002 and with the impending loss of Windows 10, I was concerned about losing the ability to keep a record of my banking ( Have online but prefer to cross check with my own records) I purchased the Jiosoft software and had all my accounts up and displaying within 30 minutes, reconciling with last statement. I realised that my Quicken records went back to 1996. I was able to import these from a QIF. Although have decided just to start afresh.

Imported my date from MS Money with no problem. Now been using Jiosoft for many years. Any minor early problems, (always me needing confirmation of system, not errors with program) were answered either by phone or email almost immediately.
I am totally confident with this package, it does exactly what I want, it's easy to use and I would not be without it.

Problems are always dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I have used this software for the bst part of 10 years and have had no cause to complain. True I have not had to call upon the support department but that is in itself a form of praise.
The key thing is to keep your accounts up to date every day. That way you can spot any discrepancy between the bank's records an your own.

This is the perfect solution to manage your domestic finances. Easy to setup and use, especially when it comes to correcting errors.

Very hard to contact and monumnetally clunky in my view!

I was a 20 year + Quicken user and bought Jiosfot when Quicken withdrew from the UK post Brexit.

Althouigh I am an experienced computer user and indeed a former project masnger with a media company I have NEVER been able to get on with Jiosoft and find it ever hard now that they no longer have an online help line but you have to leave a message and wait form them to call you at their convenience.

I have subsequently heard again from JioSoft who reached out to prove further guidance that I have been happy to accept and as a result I intend to continue using them for my household domestic finance records and monitoring.

I used to use Microsoft Money, which was a good program for keeping one's accounts up-to-date. The JioSoft Money Manager is much better - in fact I can hardly believe how good it is! Simply wonderful, and so very to use. Very well done to the programmers! Excellent value for money - can't recommend it enough. Thank you!
