I had an amazingly pleasant experience with the ladies and doctor at Ppeum Clinic in Myeongdong, Seoul, South Korea. They were all so sweet and professional. My results have been wonderful, and after two weeks, my skin looks and feels really great - smoother and lifted. I am very happy with the results, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I was really impressed with the design of the clinic, beautiful pastel colors-I felt like i was walking into a trendy instagrammable cafe rather than a medical office. Mimi atthe desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and the procedure was smooth and effective. I originally went in for lip and cheek fillers but after a very informative consultation I elected for lip filler and facial contouring (fat melting) instead. I am so happy i did, the results look incredible and everyone was so helpful. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back. Jivaka was so helpful in answering all my questions beforehand and arranging the entire service-I would not have found this top tier clinic without them!

Great experience! Jivaka Beauty answered all of my questions before I booked the appointment. On the day of the appointment there were English speaking staff to help me ask questions and get the info I needed and afterwards I even got an email as a post treatment checkup. It was super rasy and I will definitely be using them again in future.

Highly recomended this is my first time to do treatment and im glad that i did it here in Ppeum...doctors and consultant are very kind..cant wait for the result though...hopefully i get what i desired..:)

I went in for C02 mole removal, and everything from the consultation and the procedure itself was simple and super helpful having an english translator there with me. The price was also decent compared to another place I went to in the past!

It was really bad as they only take in people who has been in korea for more than 14 days. No communication was made prior to the trip and it is a totally wasted trip all the way to Seoul!

Updates : they managed to salvage and do a rebooking for me the very next day after seeing the review. The process went on smoothly.

Me n my daughter went to Ppeum today. Well we hv opted for 1 treatment each. Not cheap ya...we think it is almost the same price as our home country. Cant tell the result yet. Will update in my next review to see if it is value for money.
Only 1 staff can speak English. Even Dr cant speak. Hence cant express much. Wait for my feedback in 3 weeks nhe...

I’m a beauty inspector who travels the world testing cosmetic procedures.
After checking local clinics, I decided to undergo a whitening combination at Jivaka.
From the first contact, I felt happy & secure.
The instructions for directions got me a bit lost, and, the staff do not ideal English or other languages, but they have provided me with a private translator who was extremely kind and helpful.
It’s not not a treatment, but a futuristic experience. Their offices are very futuristic and inspiring with wall writings of positive self love. It could be interpreted as manipulating for the ones who do not aprove vanity.
Nurses walk around with their iPads calling their assigned patients.
There’s no consultation with a doctor as this injections seem to be a very casual treatment here. But having said that, the treating rooms are private, clean and comfortable.
My nurse was friendly, caring and very professional.

I raised some questions about the exact information what the injection shot I was taking as well as it’s effects.
I was clarified by the WhatsApp personal agent dealing with my appointment in a very professional manner.
The prices are inside the local rates and I would go back again.
The only thing I’d add is to make sure you get your tax back form and ask about your treatment in details and make sure you understand how many sessions you need for your particular goal.

PPEUM Clinic service was excellent!
Despite the fact that jivaka didn't reply my appointment ppeum clinic let us go in for treatments when we went in.
The consultant is very professional, really knows her stuff!
I went in thinking I need fillers but she recommend that what I really needed was botox!
And I was quite nervous about the whole foreign country + first time trying out these beauty treatments, but the staffs are very kind and professional. They have you through all the steps!

I was looking for a place where I can get filler and botox done. I was extremely satisfied with my results and highly recommended ppeum clinic in myeongdong. Reasonable price, friendly staffs who can speak english and surprised with interior.Will come back for more treatments in the future.
