Thank you Jivaka Beauty! It was a hassle free experience and they were so prompt in replying DMs that it made me so happy because I was eager to get my procedures done! Liaising with the hospitals/clinic can be really tough if you don’t do it without a translator and WAY MORE expensive too. With Jivaka Beauty, it helped me save ALOT of money as a foreigner getting my procedures done here in Korea. The consultants and doctors at Bioface Clinic are really sweet and they do not hard sell you what you don’t need. Thank you once again! ❤️

It was my first time to Jivaka Beauty so as to get some of my problems fixed. Getting there was easy and the staffs were all helpful. Doc were knowledgeable as well. Def recommend!

Recommended! Chanced upon the site thru Google. And booked an appt at PPEUM in Myeong Dong. There was a slot available as the place was open even on Sunday. Went down to get 200 shots of ultherapy for my double chin and also some contouring injection. Can't wait for results. Customer service was awesome at PPEUM and there was an English speaking translator as well.

The process through Jivaka was really easy to understand and the whole process for botox and contouring was so quick, it took less than 20mins. overall very pleased

I booked my treatments through Jivaka beauty and I’m so glad I did. I would not have been able to pick a clinic otherwise. Even before I made my decision, they were so patient towards my inquires over Insta DM, which helped me made an informed decision.

During the day of my treatment, I had a translator by my side and that really allowed the consultation process to be smooth sailing! In the end, I did Ultherapy 400 shots combined with Oasis therapy to help with hydration to help with the dry skin that Ultherapy will cause due to Hi-fu. (my original choice was just Ultherapy 200shots).

The translator stayed with me every step of the procedure and left only when we were almost done with Ultherapy, and that really assured me as she would inform me of every step before the medical team started. This was especially helpful when I asked if it was going to be painful! Hahaha.

Overall, I would not say that it’s pain-free. It feels about similar to a light ant-bite for the initial portion, but after awhile, it’s bearable because they do apply numbing cream.

Oasis therapy was really good as well, the bed was heated and the staff was so gentle with my face. I really loved that extra pamper post Ultherapy.

I would totally recommend Jivaka beauty as they help you with everything, and all you have to do is show up and know that you are in good hands! :)

Don’t forget to bring your passport so that the staff can help you with tax refund.

The folks at Jivika went out of their way to make my friends and I comfortable. The consultation was fabulous. Every word was listened to and recommendations made to best suit our needs. The recommendations were made for the best results but there was not a hard sales pitch. Rose explained everything to us in a manner that lay persons could understand.
The procedures went as explained and I am excited to see results in the near future.
The facility was clean, bright, and decorated tastefully.

Chance upon jivaka on instagram and decided to email for an consultation for shurink.

Jivaka's reply via email was really prompt and efficient to offer links to 2 client for shurink treatment (bioface @ sinsa and Ppeum @ myeongdong)

Upon surfing the website and decided to go for the later, thus did my online reservation.

Jivaka sent an email confirmation and provided the actual address and a picture of the location thus it was easy to navigate.

My appointment was booked at 10am at ppeum, however when arrived, I was told they are open only at 1030am, and was invited to sit at their pretty lounge and wait.

After sharing my concern during the consultation session(with a chinese/english staff as translator), I've done a few laser for pigmentation instead of shurink for lifting.

Its definitely recommended to book via jivaka if you plan to visit as it's really easy to use and the entire process was made possible with a language translator.

Jivaka crew’s service was excellent. But the service rendered by the lady who attended to me at ppeum leaves much to be desired as she only wanted to up sell. Wanted to try jaw botox but she wasn’t even assuring enough. Ended up leaving without doing anything

A pleasant experience. An easy access to Jivaka and prompt respond to query. Language was a major barrier that stop me from Korea aesthetic however with Jivaka, it is no longer an issue. Very good experience from contacting Jivaka on Instagram and having my questions answered. Did my treatments at Bioface. Had a very detailed consultation that lasted an hour. An English translator was provided and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Settled on botox for forehead, nose filler using restalyne, jaw muscle liftox, fat dissolving injection for v line and ultherapy. The english translator was present throughout the procedures and explained the steps. Very happy with the entire experience amd transparent pricing.

I just wanted to compliment that Jivaka really impressed me with their service. As I experienced some unpleasant experienced after a procedure with the clinic, and I was so helpless with it. So I decided to leave a message to Jivaka and hoping that I could get some help and advice. I was surprised! They replied me so fast and they listen and take my voice so seriously.They even arrange a video call for me with the clinic by sorting out all my Jetlag and different time zone (i’m A flying crew).
To be honest, I was disappointed with the outcome of the procedure, but I really wanted to credit the service and prompt follow up by the Jivaka Group. The first guy that attended to me is also and after that even The CEO Jihong himself personally attended to me and assure me that he will talk to the clinic regarding my issue. He even go extra miles and help me to contact clinic that he know in Singapore, so that I can get my damage fixed.
Overall, I really appreciate the team and I hope that I will definitely seek for their advice again in the future.

Did Ultherapy and Fraxelated laser. I am very happy with their guidance and the work done. With a short amount of time in Korea they saved me a lot of time it would have taken me to discover clinics that were previously unknown to me. Clinics that specialize specifically in what I wanted. I was very concerned that they use authentic Ulthera and not a Korean knock off. They allowed me to take a photo of the machine and verify the numbers of the disposable tips. What a relief! They even gave me the required stickers with serial numbers matching the tips. It’s refreshing that they are up front with their prices no surprises but the insight they provide is of most value to me.
