Outstanding customer service

Jive is so customer service oriented, that they really stand out. So many tech support departments disappoint, but Jive always goes above and beyond, quickly, and with a smile (you can even tell over the phone). My questions are always answered super fast and they always take the opportunity to educate - not just facilitate.

Everyone I have ever spoken to at Jive…

Everyone I have ever spoken to at Jive has been helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair for all that you get with their packages. Very good response time when I needed information and help on how to make changes on the portal.

FROM AWFUL TO AWESOME!

A little over a year ago we switched from an on premise IP phone system to Jive and have never looked back. The old system contently needed updated and complicated routing and programming issues and with Jive, everything is always up to date and adding a new extension or user is a breeze. Support (when we do need it) is amazing and our sales rep is always a call or email away. We tested other providers and they all wanted to nickel and dime you, but with Jive, it's one price for everything. Having most of our lines on our police/911 center is always a little nerving for the "what if's" but they have many fail overs in place for the just in case issues we have yet to use. We highly recommend JIVE and have zero regrets by switching.

We went from nightmares to a dream

We went from nightmares to a dream! We were using local VOIP providers. Unfortunately, the services they were using were not as reliable as they claimed. Our business requires reliable service since 99% of our business is done by phones and we are a VERY busy office. JIVE was able to make an offer to try their service that I just couldn't turn down. They worked with us to use the current equipment and to transfer our 20 numbers from around the state. We haven't even begun to scratch the surface of the options the dial plans give us but right now we're just happy with how dependable the service has been and helpful the support services have been. They take ownership of the problem and stay with you to keep working out any glitches.

INCREDIBLE PRICING and SERVICE

I am a bookkeeper / tax preparer with an ongoing practice for the past 28 years. A few years ago I started using Jive Communications at the suggestion of my Tech person. We have been using it for years now and have no issues with it whatsoever. The best part is the cost! I review costs daily as I do bookkeeping for my clients and can't help smiling when I see their bills as opposed to mine. The pricing and savings are incredible! I had to call customer service once as I was not getting any service. They were very patient as they walked me through trying to get the issue fixed. The problem turned out to be that I had somehow unplugged my phone! Would definitely recommend Jive Communications to all!
