When I was involved in a road traffic incident back in 2022 I used JK lawyers. They were amazing in keeping me up to date on my case and worked hard to ensure I got the right compensation due to this I decided to use them again when I was in an accident, there was myself, my partner & children involved and they took on all 4 cases and were professional through out. The customer care was outstanding and they fought for the right outcome. The other three cases were straightforward with no issues, however, my own case took over 2 years to resolve. I wanted to use an independant lawyer to help fight a non fault car accident.
I was worried about being 'a number' amongst mainstream insurers and came across Jones Kinvig.

My claim lasted a while given my injuries however this was based on wanting a full recovery before settlement; Lee understood this and not only worked with me, but helped me gain relevant treatment via highly merited doctors and specialists.

From initial contact to settlement, Lee was the voice of reason for the duration; advising on treatment schedules, keeping notes of my expenditure, reccomending specialists that were close to me (fear of travel) and taking an honest and caring approach to help; something I am very grateful for during a vulnerable period.

I had a non fault accident. The 'gentleman' I had the accident was not very pleasant or helpful. So I knew it would not be a straight forward claim. Therefore I decided to use Jones Kinvig Lawyers. I had an initial phone interview, and was advised that they were happy to take my case on.
Lee the solicitor could not have been more helpful. I had to hire a car for work, which was difficult, as like many, finances are tight. I also had to store my car, as it wasnt roadworthy. Lee dealt with all correspondence from this point on. This took a lot of stress away from a difficult claim.
Unfortunately even though the defendant eventually admitted liability, I had to attend court due to hire car costs. I was nervous, as I have never been to court. Lee and the barrister were amazing. I even recieved a courteousy call from Lee on the day of court.
Hannah the barrister was so reassuring and realised how nervous I was. Thankfully she was able negotiated with the defendant barrister, and reach an out of court settlement. Therefore I did not need to go into the court room.
I was delighted with the result. I incurred no costs, my hire car and storage of my car were covered. My car was fixed, and returned to me, valeted and smelling lovely. Best of all, the defendant got what he deserved for not being decent in the first place.
Lee, was polite, reassuring and professional. He kept me up to date with case and correspondence from the defendants insurance. I can not recommend them enough.
