I have worked with Gareth along my journey of getting me compensation, and I can tell you it’s been stress free, his been amazing and got me the best results, in fact the first offer he told me wasn’t good enough and to leave it with him.

I twisted my ankle on a defective pavement and the pain was horrendous. Jones-Kinvig Lawyers handled my case sensitively, efficiently and professionally throughout. All contact, whether by email or telephone, was direct with my solicitor and all questions and queries were dealt with quickly. Quality advice was given at all times and explained in easy-to-understand terms, without too much legal jargon!
The fees were much lower than I expected for a service I could not fault, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who suffers a personal injury.

After I was in an accident where I was pushed of the road by a White Van Man. Who of course tried to blame me. However once his Insurance saw the film from my Dash Cam, they could do nothing but admit liability.
I went on the Internet to see if I could find a No-Win-No-Fee Solicitor. I was guided to JK Lawyers.co.uk. I spoke to Mr Gareth Kinvig. Mr Gareth Kinvig took over my case and during the next 18 months, guided me through all the different stages. At one time, changing the place where I was needed to go to attend a meeting with a Consultant, as I did not want to have to drive through Reading.
As this was my first time of engaging any kind of legal aid, at times I was quite lost, however when ever I telephoned Mr Gareth Kinvig, he was always most helpful and never failed to redirect me or advise.
I would have no hesitation of recommencing JK Lawyers due to their patience and attitude to anyone who was a bit hesitant to take on a claim.
I would also like to add, that my case was completed with 18months to the day of the incident, which may seem a long time to the newcomer, but when you read how long some cases can take, this was done in a very short time.
