I ordered an item a month ago, received a confirmation email which said I would be emailed when it shipped, and said shipping would be 10-20 business days. Despite multiple emails and voicemail I still haven’t received a shipping notice or the item or heard back from anyone. Very disappointing as it was a present for my child’s birthday.

We never received the product!!!!!!!!!
We never received the product. I left several emails and a phone message with allisterjktrading company, regarding that UPS shows the product is delivered, but it never showed up on our doorstep. My daughter specifically asked for this horse for Christmas and now she won’t be getting it. At this point we would just like our money back!!!!
