They are very good with their delivery…

They are very good with their delivery times, they let you know when your package will be delivered.
Also I had a money off voucher that would'nt work online emailed them and they refunded the money, all in all a great company with good prices.

Great customer service

It’s easy to shop and make your purchase on the site. Usually delivery is speedy, recently I had issues with my delivery due to Royal Mail/Parcel Force errors but the customer service team at JL Brooks were very helpful, actively chased my order and kept me informed. Thank you!

Delivery no show again.

I believe that this is the 5th time in the last 3 weeks that my delivery has not arrived. They let me down so My customers then get let down. If they do not want the business they just need to let me know ! It seems that the drivers decide who gets a delivery and who doesn't.When they do turn up they just complain.
The lady in the office is helpful and polite,she must despair at the drivers. Delivery just turned up, different driver, pleasant and apologetic. An earlier phone call would have helped.

Delivered quickly, fresh and crisp

Crisps arrived quickly, very tasty, price was fine, although after postage etc it added another £9.00 to the amount. Crisps were only dated until Dec '25. Which means I am being really naughty and eating far more than I should, a very enjoyable experience may I add !!!
